Hmmm...I'm thinking a low boost kit with upgraded injectors, a WR intake manifold, WR street header, and good cat-back would make for a reliable, safe, fun setup.

Currently this kit is CARB pending, and I have seen CARB pending on the 96-97 240sx turbo kit for over 5 years, and it has yet to be approved for Greddy the last time I checked so a date of approval would be nice, not saying you won't have it, just wanting to know since I live right next to the Police station.
We were trying to have the AT available at the same time, but we must ensure proper operation of the kit before releasing. It will be soon... don't worry.

CARB:
We are KraftWerks. KraftWerks' Oscar Jackson Sr. has always built CARB legal kits, but they all start as CARB Pending for the first month or so. That is just how the system works. If we wait, we will not be able to release the kit until May or June.

Every Jackson Racing kit of the past has been CARB-legal. Our Ford Focus supercharger kits even passed ULEV standards!! So we have plenty of experience in making cars CARB-legal.

Was just wondering if you would be interested in showing up with your Fit as well?
Thanks,

FitFreak thread link? We of course would be interested in showing off the Fit kits capabilities at a track meet. We are obviously heavy track enthusiasts.

Whoa. Why would he tell us that he has not had the upgraded injectors with the new kit. He said, and I quote "I had upgraded injectors on the old kit but not the new one i'm been running on." Give or take a couple words. I mean I can trust you guys with this amazing setup but that kinda dissapoints me that you say one thing and he says another.

Chris I really didnt mean to stick your neck out there like that. But a lot of us our focused on certain numbers we want to achieve and to see two different response we dont know which one to agree with.

Thanks for verifying Oscar.
And thanks for the response back Chris.

I'm really looking forward to this kit. Waiting on the high boost tho.

I apologize for the mis-information as well. Chris was mis-informed on the state of his car. I must have missed the post he said that in. Sorry!

So...

Chris' Fit has had the upgraded injectors the entire time he has had the kit. I will post the upgraded injector dyno graphs soon.

On the FAQ on the Kraftwerks website it recommends getting one step colder sparkplugs and cooler thermostat, Can anyone recommend what plugs I need to order? And what thermostat?

Thanks!

Remember the FAQ is made to be very generic, and cover a range of vehicles. Those pieces are certainly not required.

now that explains the 35hp increase from the SC bolted ono to a stock fit and the SC w/full header/cat delete/b-pipe/muffler can increase 35 more HP, and is actually very comparable to the T1R in HP gains. So the HP figures are apples to apples, just apples and oranges comparing the 2 different types of setup.

Oscar,
Are you intending on posting information on this setup?:
S/C, upgraded injectors, header, b-pipe and a good muffler.

I guess I am interested in what the difference will be in this set-up with and without a test pipe.

Regards,
Martin

Yes, it would be nice if they could lay out a few setups and whp dynos. I'd probably go for the middle one. I don't really want to mess with the exhaust system at this time.

basic
#5 kit

basic+1
#5 kit
these injectors
that header

basic+2
#5 kit
these injectors
that header
that down pipe
