I'm pretty positive it said 1.5T right under the rear passenger tailight(unless my 36 year old eyes are failing me!)

Oh hell maybe it was a 1.8T because it looked to be fairly new.

Regardless, nice one. Put another mark on the wall for another driver suprised by a Fit. I got a couple mods on my Fit, but no injector upgrade and I'm making like 4 more hp to the wheels than guys with no mods. I'm thinking my fuel is the limiting factor at this point. If these guys don't come out with the upgrade soon, I might do something ridiculous.

what about installing a cold air intake? how much would that affect the thermal efficiency of the compressed air?

im thinking at least a 10-20 degree colder change depending on the outside temperature too.

Maybe he means routing the intake piping to a cold air location like the fender, instead of next to the engine/over the headers.

By the way, can anyone using a boost gauge tell me how much vacuum they're idling at? My gauge shows 12 inches, +/- 1 depending on the temperature, etc. Does this sound about right?

I thought about it once and dismissed the idea and never thought of it again..... It would be a very challenging undertaking if not impossible and may not produce any measurable power gains... Lowering the intake temperature does make twice the power gains on a F/I engine than on a N/A and a CAI would not be as disruptive to air flow as on a N/A engine, but it looks like a heat exchanger (I/C) is going to be the most viable means of cooling the intake air flow on the KWSC.

The market for '07/'08 honda fit superchargers can only be rapidly shrinking at this point ... I've seen more new model Fits recently than the previous model already ...

I doubt that there are a whole lot of people outside of this forum that are even aware that there is a super charger kit available for any Fit.... I had feelers out with dealers all over North and East Texas for over 2 months before one became available to me and had to drive 120 miles to pick it up and now a dealer 45 miles from where I am has a mess of new ones that aren't moving.... Between my wife and myself we have maybe seen 4 or 5 of them on the road and that has been only on long trips..... I think that there is still going to be a performance market for the GD for quite awhile.
