^agreed. Fitcapo personally visited John Perez at least a couple times to check out his operation and let him use his car for molds. I wondered if Fitcapo isn't the other guy John has working for him now.

No, only super mods and admins can ban. normal mods like myself have no control over who is banned or not. So no, generalizing isn't merited.

Isn't there a way to trace through some of the activity and actually find out which mods specifically were involved????

I also got ripped off $150 for a debadged rear wiper garnish mod piece. Paid via PayPal as "pre-order" months ago - inquired many times about the status - only got lies from Ikona such as "It's shipping out tomorrow" and "Your refund will be back by the end of this week". I would have felt better if he just admitted he was a scum bag low life and drug addict or who knows what else, instead of these constant fabricated stories and falsehoods. I mean I am regular working middle class guy just like everybody else. I have some discretionary spending money but it's not like this doesn't hurt me. It does. Its real money that is being stolen here from average dudes, not rich billionaires. That's what's so offensive about this crime... particularly given the current economic climate.
