I'm going after this guy, legally anyway...I filed with the Berwyn P.D. with all the info (proof of paypal transaction, proof of denied paypal dispute, conversations between me and iKona leading up to the purchase, conversations about promises of shipping that never came to be and promises of repayment...that also never happened, name, and all three phone numbers I had for him...thats about it) but they want an address too, anyone have it?

Me too, it's a lot easier with multiple reports...would take care of the problem quickly, too. If the police have a stack of reports on a guy versus one, it's not rocket science...
If iKona never fulfilled your order and it's been longer than the timeframe he gave you, then call Berwyn P.D. (708-795-5600) or go to their website, either way, file a report!

It's great that John is following through with what he said he'd do.... You guys are lucky that he wasn't a huge corporation that could file bankruptcy..... Hopefully the kid will learn from all of this and get his act together.
