Matt as I remember, if you poke around the pp site while you are logged in, they used to have a number you can call (nevada 702 ac if I remember)
Call them, they will talk you through it, worked for me as the simplest way.

MATT, ask them also........say a bunch of guys from your car club have been ripped off, see if they have any advice on pressing charges.

If your still with in the time frame, I think its 40 days, I would definitely file a dispute. I had PMed him a few times with no response then after opening a dispute with pay pal I heard from him with in a hour or two.

sorry about posting alot.

This is fast and easy and FREE

Is John Perez's address here, if not it is on Scionlife

anyway, call the Berwyn Police Dept and say you would like to press charges.
I am not sure it is possible you may have to be a Cook County resident to do that, (if so we will find a local guy that has been ripped off)

anyway call (708)795-5600 and see what they say

actually Tork, I believe internet fraud is a Federal Offense. You guys should also start here Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) | Home http://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx

The more I find on getting legal advice, the more i will let you all know.

Trav, cross your fingers he didn't ship...if he issues you a tracking number and provides it to PayPal, you wont win through PayPal....at least that's what happened to me once on a $1400 set of racing harts i never got

Wow this sucks. Hope someone actually gets this legally instead of just talking about it here or going through paypal. I was actually going to pay him to make some GE parts but he never responded my PM's.

the only reason they shouldn't take legal action is if they still have time left in the PayPal dispute. If they have been decline or are out of the time frame, I would sue individually.

and it is a good thing he never responded, you may be one of these people

I would rather edit my own post. The moderators are to blame for this.

Please ban me and remove this post.

devhan, I dont think there is anyone (in this thread atleast) who disputes what you say. I remember each warning in the beginning and that's probably why i never purchased, lucky me i guess. But now we are trying to help the effected here move forward and try to get back what is theirs.

on the other hand, I think bashing iKona and or any members that fell victim to him is non productive and just gets things closed or deleted quicker. Let's just keep going with the new task at hand, getting people their money back.

Gracias

as a pic in wasteland or even OT, might have been ok, but as an av, it is sprinkled everywhere and also an av like that could put folks into a 'work rule violation' if they stop in at ff while at work.

attn scionlife guys: gimme is right
Management here is awesome for keeping this thread open
so people here can work together and seek restitution. You have had your 'pound of flesh'..... now knock it off!!!!!

request to ff management.
could you please delete non productive posts especially if that can be an alternative to locking.........thanks
