I LOVE to see you fall hard iKona John Perez! LOVE IT! I said you would do this months ago, you lied and twisted the truth to gain confidence here and set up a smoke screen, it worked, but in the end, you are getting yours!

I tried so hard to warn everyone here. I posted and posted and posted. Links and google search results and PayPal and eBay links and you all blew me off, banned me, and piled on and dogged me like I was the bad guy. I am now getting the last laugh.

This is EXACTLY what I said would happen and what happens on EVERY other site he joins. ANYONE who gives this guy 1 inch, 1 bit of sympathy with all of the known scams and lies and cheat deals - documented - is a sucker and gets what he deserves. When it happened to me, he was early on in his scammer career. I followed him around and warned people, since he leaves a wake of a mess that anyone with Google can find, and you guys were the 1 site that would not listen and dogged on those of us that tried to warn you with verifiable links and facts.

John Perez... you are a lier, a cheat, a POS, a scam artist, a confidence man and you deserve to go to jail. You steal money - like mine and many others on the web - and lie and lie about refunds and stuff lost in the mail and blah blah. Always with an excuse and only the saps buy into your line of sad BS.

I told you so!!!!!! good luck getting your money back, I am owed for OVER A YEAR!

100% true. if the mods had not deleted my posts from what, a year ago under my first name, you would have seen links to about 8 different car sites. I originally started, when he scammed me on a Ford site, searching under "ikona keyhole plugs" and a ton of stuff came up.

Some of my documentation, from Google and paypal and ebay still exists on the Scion site that use to be here, but here it got erased. Even if not, visit the Scion site and read 50 pages of issues yourself.

those that have been around will/should remember me.. I spoke the truth and got banned for it. but I am out of email addresses so this is my last shot to say my peace here and warn people. something I, and several others, tried to do but the mods banned us. but I expect my frank posts to be deleted as the others were.

i googled "iKONA John Perez" and i've seen a few pages. yeah man, this guy has been doing this to alot of people.
i hope people learn from this. i know i did.

we did this exact same list and dance and stuff over at Scion. people talking about lawsuits, going to find John Perez in Chicago, blah blah.. the list already exists, now just add your names to it.

it is a total crapshoot who gets a refund and who not. but 90% do not. no rhyme or reason. no product, no returned emails or PMs, a website under construction for 1 year, changing paypal usernames and ebay usernames after getting shut down, losing paypal claims but no money to payout, claims of products lost in the mail at a higher loss rate than any other business in America. it was all known, all documented, all proven before he even got here and started.

 

I ordered a part form him a month ago. After not hearing form him for over a month I got considered and filled a complaint threw paypal. Threw paypal, he contacted me very shortly after the complaint saying he could get the part out right away. I told him I just wanted a refund and to be done with this. I got my money back in full with no othere issues.

holy crap. i never knew it was this deep. i hope everyone gets there
money back.
all i can say is he is lucky i don't have any family in his area.
cause he'd be getting a visit from me. but i got mines back.
well keep the list going and maybe someone in the area will do us a favor
and go down there in all our behalfs.

I remember the original "LASTlaugh" and his warnings. But i should say I hope people on FF.net follow through. it only takes a few people for a class action lawsuit. TORK has also given you all some very valuable information that should be looked into.

 

additionally, I am talking about suit toward iKona....not IB. Just thought i would straighten that out unless people may have been confused

 

someone needs to get off their ass and find a lawyer. all it takes is one person to make the initiative.

Seriously, you can legally get this guy.
The strength will be in getting people from the different forums together.
The more the better.

 

Matt on paypal there is a link or button to dispute the sale.
Go to the link that says resoultion center and then click the link that says start dispute

I did it right away when i saw all of this and when things started to get a little fishy. He's been communicating to me via paypal, he said my item was being shipped out today. Im waiting for a tracking number. I have until Friday to escalate it to a claim. On friday Im going to escalate it regardless if the item has been shipped out or not. Cause i physically will not have it in my hands til most likely after the weekend. I'd rather cover my ass just in case i get an empty box.
