What did you do to your GE fit today?
Nice headlight Connor,
If I am not mistaken, you plan to paint the inside of this headlight black, right?
I install this:
Diageng Ultra Low Profile Left or Right Angle OBD II 2 Y Splitter Cable 30cm/12" , so I don't have to unplug my ScanGaugeII whenever I want to connect my Honda Diagnostic System.

Thanks! Yes. I want to paint the inside black to appear the same as RS headlights.
I have a lot of work to do with these... First i need to polish them, then paint, then install my current retrofit into them, then clear bra protection. Then i want to eventually hook up the system which uses the height adjusting motors. They are built right into the headlight.

IPF H4 LED Headlight Bulb just arrived from Japan,
I am still waiting for the IPF LED Foglight,
I bought them from Amazon but different vendor that is why they don't arrive at the same time.
I choose the IPF over PIAA since they have a bit higher Kelvin and Lumen,
plus they have more adjustment compare to PIAA, plus the H4 headlight design of IPF mimic the regular filament halogen type and they insist have similar light dispersion as regular filament halogen type...
I am sure the PIAA also have good dispersion/cut off but the PIAA have less LED count compare to the IPF so at the end I decide IPF wins my choice this time... hopefully I make the right choice by choosing IPF instead of PIAA like I use to do in the past.
I will post a DIY/review once I install both of them

yeah think most of the world does the day/month/year...i mean it makes sense....days>>months>>years.
Just like how the US doesnt use the logical metric system.
always cracks me up when i see this chart.

Fit related, my injen intake arrives Monday. Buddy traded his fit and basically installed the OEM intake and exhaust. So he sold me his intake for the cost of shipping and the tanabe medallion for a great deal. Both less than 5k miles on them.
Thanks shinjari and connor55,
so,
IPF LED H4 Headlight installed today,
still waiting for the IPF LED Foglight to arrive later:

This is BEFORE with PIAA H4 HALOGEN bulb:
This is AFTER with IPF H4 LED Headlight Bulb:
In the past, I notice that most of the HID or LED bulb only after market conversion do not able to replicate the cut off of the Halogen H4 bulb...
This IPF H4 LED bulb were able to replicate the Halogen H4 cut off right away without any need to adjust the bulb or the headlight housing...
I also try to stand in front of the car at several height to mimic incoming driver,
and it is NOT blinding at all !!!
Tonight I will drive my car and see how the LED color light up the road at night...

Hi Connor,
I think it might be a bit brighter too but not by much,
the PIAA H4 Halogen bulb was already very bright and one of the best halogen bulb I ever use...
it is just this IPF have the better daylight white color that I think will help
illuminate the street better... plus it is LED so less heat and less current draw...
cause I will have needs for more current to supply the fan of the oil cooler and later a full sound system upgrade...
so if I can save the current with the head light and the foglight going LED, that would help...
so I think this is a good LED conversion / replacement.
the only think that is still not proven is how long this IPF bulb will last, because it is quite expensive to replace...
hopefully IPF well known brand and made in Japan will be proven for reliability
Went to the park to make some cardio gains and saw a good opportunity to snap some dirty car cell pics. Just purchased some 15mm wheel spacers for the rear from a fitfreak member, can't wait to get them on! I'll post pics of the difference.
On another note, I may take off the rear Mugen lip. Does it leave any damage to those that have taken one off?

Ran the wiring for my air management through my side panels today.
Was such a pain because I'm not experienced enough to pull the panels out and I already had my subwoofer lines in the side panels too. I knew it'd be the hardest part of the install.
It's done with, all that's left now is plug all the wires, swap my coilovers to the air struts and bags, and run the air lines.
This week's progress in one pic. I'll be making it look nicer later on-- I plan to dynamat and cover the spare well floor with black suede/velvet, throw hardwood on top of the false floor, cut through the false floor and put plexiglass as a window.

I just return from grocery shopping at night...
Wow, this IPF H4 LED Headlight is AMAZING!!!
It have the exact beam pattern and cut off (on both low and high beam) like a Halogen H4,
but just MUCH brighter and the color is real white so it make everything much more contrast (easy to see everything)...
This Brighter beam combine with the White color make the light like it is 2 times brighter than stock halogen and yet NOT blinding to oncoming traffic...
Its about as bright as an Infiniti Q50 LED headlight (I know because I use to sell those Q50 as an Infiniti "sales consultant" on my previous job) hahaha
My PIAA foglight that look white before, now looks yellow in comparison... hopefully the IPF LED foglight bulb arrive soon... so my car will have matching headlight/foglight color...
I really love this,
because I do prefer the way the stock headlight look ... ahem stock...
and
I don't have to open the headlight housing for retrofit (I was thinking if I do retrofit, it got to be LS460 retrofit)... plus this is much cheaper than LS460 retrofit, much simpler and consume less electricity since it is LED vs. HID on the LS460
after this when I have extra money, I would get VLED switch back to get my DRL function back... White for DRL, switchback to Amber for turn signal... I wish PIAA or IPF make a switchback system but since they don't, VLED will have to do...
Again, the only unknown factor on this IPF LED bulb conversion is the reliability since as Connor point out,
the fan might die causing the bulb to overheat and die...
but then again, the fan sound like that PC (computer) cooling fan, and those fan last forever... so hopefully the fan on this IPF also last for a while... beside those LED headlight on OEM high end car like Infiniti last forever and is not like IPF is some unknown company... so at this moment I am pretty happy and confident...
I wonder how the PIAA LED bulb conversion look like...
that would be interesting, on paper the IPF have higher lumen (brightness) and slightly higher kelvin (whiter)...
But PIAA have separate control module while IPF is all integrated and more compact, so PIAA might be even more reliable...
and PIAA is a bit cheaper too
