That looks like a shit load of fun. But incredibly dangerous, discourteous and insane.

Also.. putting a LOT of trust in other drivers, especially those not participating.

I guess no harm no foul though. Definitely looks like a blast otherwise.

Not that I am some sort of puritan goody two shoes.. but there is a difference between doing a 3rd-4th gear pull for tuning or giving that corvette whos been following you a roll-on sprint, and getting 20-30 people together for a discount gumball 3000 through unsuspecting traffic.

And color schemes aside, I saw very little of what I would consider rice in most of those cars. Only a couple looked like nothing aside from cosmetics had been done. Some were completely tin canned though.

 

I'm a girl and I like pretty lights under my car and I have blue wheels cause they're pretty too... I kinda thought I could just do what I want but I get a lot of crap... I just go along with what people say so if they label me rice, I guessss I'm rice (hence my sig) but I just like to do what I like to my car...,

Though next week I'll be dropping my car 2 inches and probably removing the underglow so it won't get damaged... Then I guess I won't be ricer anymore? :s

I definitely fist f///k my exhaust outlet (muffler) but my horsepower and torque numbers are higher than the decibel numbers. When the exhaust control valve is closed my intake is louder than the exhaust... Does having a LED flashlight in my JDM console armrest come across as rice or not rotating my tires for 4 thousand miles and having to trash the front ones because the steel belts are throwing sparks when I step down on the throttle at 60 MPH in 3rd gear.

 

It all starts with led lights. That's was all I did a year ago. Just don't stop with that.

I just read this entire thread, and all I have to say is.... Wow lol its so funny how the subject changes so quickly. Very interesting read. But what I think is things that are done incorrectly/ cheaply are rice. Halfway done projects are rice. And things that don't benefit the car are rice. You can have nice looking parts on your car, but if they're not practical... They're rice just my 2 cents I don't want to start up a war again
