Ok, I may be stating the obvious but here it goes:
- has anyone noticed that you can get better mpg even at 25mph going up hill in 5th gear even when the car seems to bog? I have noticed about 5-8mpg better than down shifting into 4th.

Must be the gearing combine with the ECU programing?
- This struck me this morning, after thinking again about the previous statement, when going up a hill I was able to maintain the sampe mpg at 40mph vs. 25-30mph. So, where am I going with this, DWL. What are the cutoffs for DWL? I mean why slow all the way down to 25mph going up a hill when you can do the same damge at 40mph seeing that you are just going to increase your speed(which will take less time and fuel from 40mph)?
Oh, and I have my SGII mounted right on the steering column for easy viewing and molesting.

It only blocks the turn signals for my viewing which I can easily hear.
