Got my Teins springs and K&N intake in the mail. Installed my Intake.

 

^how's the intake sound?

 

You can hear the intake but it's not crazy loud or deep. I'd say like a 5 on a scale of 1-10. Since Stock is 0.

 

Can you hear Vtec kick in? I miss the aggressive sound my Prelude made when it went into vtec.

 

Oh! Please tell me how you like them. I was planning on purchasing them. I'm currently used to ripping curves on my winter tires, haha!

Back to CARS. Though that was, and always is, fun to see things get argumentative.

 

Watched her roll off for possibly the last time! Idk, shes going to be inspected by the adjuster.


She dont look totaled to me at all, but cant see its structural damage so.... I know shes sittin like shes twisted badly! Kinda hopin on a total sadly so i dont take the hit in the end when its time to sell/trade in. If its repaired ill drive her into the ground, totaled and 2012 sport here i come! We shall see.

 

Oh she is happy.

UGH I need to do that to my roof... I think im not meticulous enough to do it myself though. I can repair night vision and thermal sights for the Army but applying vinyl makes me nervous.

Bought some Yellow taillight film and did a DIY fog light cover.

 

You need red mirrors!

These are the most fun tires I have ever driven on. Hands down.

I can only compare them to a handful of other performance tires but these are a dream. I had them installed about 40 miles towards the mountains from where I live and found a few enjoyable roads on the cruise back. Let me just say, these tires give you grip , grip, and more grip. It totally changes the feel of driving the fit!

One question for anyone who has had the s.drives before. How many miles can I realistically expect to get out of them?

To anyone thinking about buying these tires. DO IT!
