contacted my honda dealer and they said $150 to repaint it. win! and in 2 days it will be done! i should receive the bumper probably next week.

i was about to get the jdm fit shuttle front aero, but they said it won't be made until late september (at least what i can discern from google translate).

Lol congrats on the butt lift. I think I'm due for one myself

Today I ordered a set of amber V3 triton LEDs for my front turn signals. It's back ordered, so hope they won't take too long to get here. I'm pumped to see how it'll look with my axis tails and winker mirrors. The lagging halogen signals look silly with the rest of it.

Today I took my new '13 fit(Base manual) out for a nice long spin because it was my day off, after I sold it to myself yesterday! Very excited, My parents have an '08 Base that I love.

Yesterday I removed my 2x12" Alphasonik DVC 400 series subwoofers and installed a single 10" 10w 3v3-4ohm JL woofer and also replaced my kenwood KAC-9152D (500 watt RMS @ 4ohm 1800watt max) amp and replaced it with a Kenwood eXcelon XR600-1 400w RMS @ 4ohms amp.

I first connected the 2x12's to the new amp and it produced a much cleaner bass. However, the JL web site says a 20 hour break in period is required, so I've not turned the new sub up very much yet. At low levels the bass is significantly cleaner and more accurate. In my old age I was looking for something with high quality vs just loud boom booms. After this week I'll be able to crank it up and really hear how much improvement the JL is over the 2 Alphasoniks. Deffo won't be as loud but it's going to sound significantly better.

I finally have my Fit, after purchasing it and then the dealer took it to detail(they didn't do a very good job on the exterior) but at least I finally have it.

A bit of a delay, but the Fit fogs should be done dry, and they should be done with the lights mounted to the car.

They use the same general process:

I vacuumed the Fit and got it new floormats. Honda trade mark (not official)ones but they do look a bit tacky imho but I don't have the 140 to pay for official all season and I don't want a carpet one.

Recent things I've done to my FIT

I haven't been on here as much with fiancee/school/work, but I wanted to share a handful of things I've done to my Honda Fit. This Forum (and its many users) has been my inspiration (and frankly; my courage) in helping me slowly evolve my little car.

Share your thoughts!

FIT Cargo Liner/Tray (bought this on eBay used for 25.00 USD)

Kinivo Bluetooth Kit (Hid cables in the dash and it real easy to answer and stream your music and calls. I highly recommend for safe driving.)

Clazzio Genuine Leather Seat covers (Grey with Blue stiching) w/ custom FIT Logo embroidery. These are simply well made and well worth the $

Fit Bumper Applique (saved my poor bumper countless times from scuffs)

Fit White LED Reverse Lights

Fit Trunk Cover (some privacy better than none at all)

Honda Trunk Organizer

Other things I added (not pictured above):

-Installed Honda Accord Horn (easy to do and sounds more masculine)
-Replaced mats with FIT OEM all weather mats (rains a lot here...it has helped and maintained its form for over a year so far)
-White LED lights for Cup Tray/Dome/Trunk areas

Next thing I plan to do for next year is Rims/Tires/Grill
I'd love to tackle these things right now...but Rome wasn't built in a day.

Thanks for checking out!
