Made up a bike rack to carry my bike inside, gave it a bath, and added a couple decals.

Looks good. I'm thinking of the same mod on my black '10. Did you need to re-aim the headlights? I know it's a direct swap. Just not sure if the lights need to be aligned as part of the installation.
I didn't need to re-aim the headlights, they look fine to me! Sorry for not replying sooner, I was driving the rsx all weekend

Yours is a "GD". The newer body style, 09+ is GE. Read through some of the FAQs and stickies on the various sub forums for general Fit info.

Welcome.

I'm considering mudflaps because I live in a snowy climate and loads of snow gets packed into my rear bumper cover. I'd love something that I could easily install for the winter then remove in the spring. Anyone have any suggestions? I'm guessing you must drill holes to install some kind of brackets?

Actually the splash guard on the front has three holes there already for the clips I just took the clips out and put a black bolt with a black washer and a nylon nut on the back that way the metal doesn't rust. They are rally armor universal mudflaps. On the back though I had to drill on hole and then just used the two existing ones that the clips are in.

Did you have to cut the flaps to fit?

Washed the FIT over the weekend. Now she's dirty again.... at least not as bad as she was.

Maybe the bird(s) thought... "too shiny, too much glare... must block it out!"
