Long time Lurker.
The past two weeks.
Installed lowering spring; Teins.
Added the Depo Clear Smoked Tails. Not sure how I'm Feeling about these tails.
(I previously had the Depo JDM RS.)

Picked these up from someone else. Going to install these. (Whenever I get chance.)

I had a busy day with the Panda.

-Filled up the tank with gas, $3.75 a gallon!
-Changed the oil to Mobil 1 and the Mobil 1 110 filter
-Got tires rotated and filled with nitrogen
-Washed the exterior
-Detailed the interior

Are the lights plug & play? any day time shots?

I have been contemplating getting the Depo's but I'm still on the fence

Got my new JDM bumper. Waiting for the other parts to arrive. If anyone is wondering, I ordered it from A&J racing.

Photoshopped the bumper on my car to see how it looks with USDM tails. Not bad!

ordered the revo short shifter (mugen knockoff)
the mugen mirror cover
honda rear cargo tray and bumper applique.
still waiting on the sti lip, circuit hero shift extender and progress rear sway to show up.

now I need to decide which springs and wheels to go with and figure out a way to fully raise the rear wing and not just hinge it at the mounting bolts.

Progress bar arrived.

installation as follows:

drive the car up on ramps,
install driver's side.
install passengers side andddddddd. FUCK YOU CYANOSIS THE RUBBER ISOLATOR FOR THE PASSENGER SIDE SPRING IS IN THE WAY OF THE MIDDLE BOLT.

spend next hour figuring out how to squeeze it in... and then how to get an allen wrench on it to hold it down while tightening. ended up jacking up the passenger side and pulling off the tire. then I had to trim part of the isolator with a razor to get the allen key on it. I wasn't about to try to take the spring off after fighting to attach the bar to the other two bolts. didn't want to undo them.

this should be a 30 minute install. took two hours. fuck my life.

so top gear top tip on the progress RSB (rear sway bar) install for the GE8 2nd generation honda fit (keyword stuffing so it shows up in search).

take off the tires and have an allen key ready. you don't need to remove the springs, they only suggest that so that the rubber isolators on the bottom are not in the way. for 5/6 bolts on my 2011, it wasn't a problem. the last one i just trimmed the isolator a bit with a razor.

After all that you could have just taken the springs out in 10 minutes I know I know, i've got this far i'm not turning around now.

I'm glad you got it installed and hope you enjoy.

taking off the spring would have required me to undo an entire two bolts to take off the partially installed sway bar. far too much work to spend 5-10 minutes doing that. better to spend 20 hacking at the isolator with a razor and needle nose pliers like an idiot.

all said and done and there's a bizarre spring noise boing/thrum whatever on the right side when going over bumps. fuck me i may have to take off the spring anyway.

Sweet, thanks for that shot.

I was thinking of picking up a set of the clear non-smoked ones. I will keep it in mind

well, after taking every item out of the hatch area, it still clunks on the passenger side going over bumps. the shock is tight as shit on the bottom so IDK what it is. Will mess with it tomorrow AM.

le sigh. Really sucks being a car enthusiast that likes to mod but is a horrible mechanic.
