It's an Exedy. The only reason why this car eats springs up is the long and constant 4k rpm/80 mph highway cruising it does. Original owner dealt with the same thing.

If I stopped doing road trips, it'd last me much longer.

Clutch got done on Wednesday. Total time was roughly five hours to do.

Original starter was also replaced. That took way too long, but that got done in an evening.

Im not sure, but my Canadian Sport deflector doesn't look like that, direct from dealer ship

Don't pay attention to the missing/rust screws. A body shop lost them after she nearly got totalled
Also, she's parked and used outside in our harsh rural BC winters. No amount of clay baring and wax can keep the paint perfect sadly heh

don't know why this photo is sideways, the forums aren't playing nice with it...

Looks the same to me. The only difference is on mine, "FORM FIT" is etched on instead of the "FIT" logo, like the one sold through Honda Canada.

Visited my favorite Texas gas station. They nearly doubled the amount of pumps since my last visit. Now its 96 I believe compared to 56 last year.

Ending mileage.

I really wished I had cruise control on this trip. Came home last night and my legs have been sore all day today.

Thanks.

Jeez. My driver's seat has developed into such a heinie hole that I have to sit on two calculus textbooks and two seat cushions from Bed, Bath and Beyond. And still, it sucks.

Mine isn't too bad, but it does look a little worn compared to other second-gen Fits I've seen. Definitely dirty, but its still better than a fifth-gen Civic seat. Proabably one of the worst I've experienced.

Mister Coffee, these are my original and worn seats. Mind the mess and somewhat decompressed quality photos

Hi, do you travel for work or just enjoy driving long distance?

Our 09 is only at 305,000km so good to know it has lots of life left, no issues at all yet...

Most of the 390,000 miles were done by the previous owner for work. The rest were leisurely, non-work related road trip miles.

The odometer reading 305,000km is still pretty good! I’m sure it’ll keep going with little to no trouble if you keep up with maintenance.

Julian, your OEM seats look way better than mine. I think Honda gave up on quality by the time they got to MY '13. (Bad seats, color rubbing off the buttons, turn signal stalk feels like it could go soon, etc.)
