Well, this wasn't today, but it took a while to get the photos up....

For those who were wondering how to clip in the cargo cover (you actually have to buy the little clippies:

And then, using it the way it was meant to be used. There is just about 1/2 ton of stones and sand in here, folks! (corrected when it was pointed out that my husband may have exaggerated the size).

Did you mod the suspension out for that? Axles can't handle 2k of cargo in the back. Even if it held the weight, it wouldn't handle it well at all.

Mounted my licenses plates today, and loaded up my beach cruiser with front tire off.

No -- it was a short drive, but it handled quite well. Maybe it was only 1.5k? I will need to ask my husband about that one. The sand bags were 50 pounds each, and there were 12 of those. There were another 6 or 8 bags of stones, so that is another three or four hundred pounds.

So, yeah, my husband exaggerated (sooo many jokes there), it was only about 1/2 ton. I'll edit my first post.

Ahh okay that makes way more sense. 1000 pounds on the axles is more reasonable considering the safety max is 850 pounds (figuring for 5 people at ~170 pounds) according to the door sticker. 1000lb while over that limit, the car should be able to handle it okay for short distances.

I have rear air shock on my GK to compensate for tongue weight while towing. The majority of my cargo weight is on the trailer axles which can handle it, and the ride height on the rear axles is pumped back to normal with air. Great little upgrade for about ~$85 bucks.

Still, where did you get the cargo cover, love to have that in case I don't need my trailer.

Bernardi Parts

Note that you also have to buy the clips. I have NO idea why. And it looks like they are calling it the "hook center strap" now.

If you buy from them, don't forget to use Erik's FitFreak shipping discount.

Thanks a bunch! Tis a bit steep steep for a cargo cover, I'm sure I can do a DIY method for less. To be fair, I did just spend over $220 on having LED winkers on my EX 6MT which didnt come with them. No stranger to blowing money on my 2015!

Got my cargo tray in the mail today. It's nice enough to keep the carpet looking new.

Good idea to get the measurements first since those emblems are specific to the Civic (and only to the sedan).

Here's a view from the side. I just installed these this afternoon, but already I have noticed the interior is cooler when I first get in, now that I can leave the windows cracked. When i bought them i thought they would look a bit too "edgy", but I like the way they turned out. The contoured design is supposed to be more aerdynamic and provide better ventilation relative to the regular flat designed visors, but I haven't had them on long enough to confirm or deny that, lol.
In my Fit's thread (see sig) there is a link to buy them if you are interested!

Thanks Connor Keyser, you pic and link for the window shades provide an appealing look, and may present an option of interest if/when the summer raises its voltage!

I bought it yesterday. Silver 2015 EX MT. I'm loving rowing the gears again. Then drove 150 miles to a baseball tournament. Really like it so far. Got back home and washed all the bugs off at 11 pm at night. Been a long time since I took care of a car like that. Initial impression is very high. The seat is a little hard but hopefully it will break in. Also I need to read the manual as I don't know how to use half the things on it. Another thing I couldn't get used to was the keyless entry and push button start. Everytime I got in it I was reaching for the keys to put in the ignition...
