41 degrees and sunny on Sunday, so I got out the hose, bucket and soap and gave my Fit it's first hand wash. Feels good to finally get that road salt out of all the nooks and crannies where it likes to hide and where the car washes don't get to.

Was sorely drawn to the Meguiar's supplies at 70+ degrees, but had to opt for a start on yard work. I also appreciate the satisfying effect of a good, cleansing hand wash on not-too-experienced paint.

70 degrees, very nice. I was thrilled just to see the 40's. We just bought a condo, no more yard work......................love it!

Thanks! More importantly, brand and model of said wheels? They look sharp.

Today, I made an appointment for the car's aesthetics.
Monday morning, March 16, 2015.
Covered with carbon fiber.
Hood, mirrors, spolier and cap gasoline.
Picture to come.

Snow tires came off and 'summer' tires on today… Work continues to suck all the oxygen out of my life right now – still have a pile to install when things slow down a bit.

Only thing I miss since migrating south stembridge is that amazing feeling of release when winter (especially this one) finally turns the corner.

I'm from the South (Georgia), and have come to really enjoy the four distinct seasons here in the Middle West. This winter wasn't that bad compared to last winter – less snow and we never got below -15°.

Wasn't exactly today, but over the weekend went to Big Bear mountain for snowboarding. Didn't take any pics other than a video of me falling on my butt while boarding..... but did manage to put three snowboards + boots, three small luggages, and four passengers for the trip.

I don't think it was the most comfortable, but I suppose it would be better if I had roof racks. Maybe something to think about before my next trip.
