Hmm I actually want to lift mine 20mm using spacers - any big problems we wheel alignment / toe in front and esp rear, handling (I don't race but live on a mountain so curves), roll etc?
Id like to use spacers, ie keep everything else as much as I can. SPACCER spacers are like $AUD800 (whoa!), some cheapo ones off EBay (Russia) are $90 approx, wonder how good they are - any other suggestions... increased wear on anythign else, eg CV jooints due to changed angle etc?
Any experience with lift kits for small cars / links to DYI maybe would be great. Thanks!
Took a 32 mile drive through the morning mountain fog (call it the Misty Mountain Hop if you like) today. Coming up on one full month of ownership, I am really enjoying the Fit!
Just got my car shampooed for the first time since buying it. I didn't notice it but the inside of my car was super dirty after only 6 months. I was also planning on doing the ceramic coating for the car but it started to rain before we could get to it.
I had to install one a bit sideways because the original wire was not long enough to reach in the proper position, and i don't have the wire to lengthen it yet. Hopefuly not a problem. I hope i never have to take that bumper off again, it SUCKS. I think my one side sags a bit not too.. .wtf
