Yea, I had my heart set on the K20 swap at first until I heard That the AJ-R Fit was on N1's fit on the track... im not much for fun in a straight line, but more on the course. This is why I chose the JRSC. K20 is still cool tho

With a 200 hp turbo built option and a hundred less pounds on the swap, that should put a fit in the 13 sec. low 14 sec range. I was thinking k20 for a while but I love turbo and I love spending less money too!

K20 Fits are basically K20 Eg's. Theres a few K20 Eg's here with minimal bolt ons running mid to low 13's on street tires. Traps anywhere from 98-109mph.

Should see identical if not better times in the Fit.

That's pretty sweet!! Yup I/H/E, Kpro, Lightweight Flywheel, Performance clutch, Pulleys, on a K20A2 in a Fit should be sweet!

Nice selection on US swap out cams! THe 06 Rsx Type S intake cam I think is the same as the JDM k20a intake Cam.

I'll get the performance bug when when I start driving it and dyno'ing it. I'll just want more like a drug! But this is my daily driver, I keep telling myself this will be fun enough as it is. And 1000x's more reliable than the theoretical 200hp built turbo L15A1 as mentioned above. But I guess there will be extra L15A1 motor lying around for cheap!

As A matter of a fact! I have one that I was thinking about rebuilding to spec for anyone who is interested!

Any aftermarket exhaust for the Fit will work with the K20 Swapped fit. Although I do recommend the skunk2 60mm megapower exhaust.

But any of the 1"&3/4 exausts out there will be o.k. enough too. The Hasport Fit isuing this size from Jackson Racing, and with tuning and hondata put down 209 to the wheels. But of course the 60mm would make more on this engine and they realize this too, but take whatever they get. That hasport Fit really is a sponsored fit by many companies to do R&D for Fit products.

Anywayz, I've been on Vaca for over a week, and now my buddy is on Vaca, feels "like" this wiring is comming on a slow boat from half way around the world! (a couple of blocks away....)

Anywayz, I'll post when there's more to post!

NO! They used what they got and dynoed the car with what was on it at the time. This Blaze Orange Fit was a R&D (Reasearch and Design) prototype Fit for many after market companies to make parts. One of them was Jackson Racing atempting to make a K20 swap header and a Cat-back for the L15A1 in a Stock Fit.

Since that stuff was already on their Hasport put in the K20 with thier swap mounts, and along with tunning from hondata, dynoed the car as is. 209hp to the wheels. Got it?

don't know if this will help but importtuner put up an article a while back on the k20 swaps for the fit...its pretty detailed in its explanation...after looking at it be ready to do a lot of cutting, because the exhaust manifold or headers dont fit the Fit for the k20 swap...btw gettinafit, what'd u do with the radiator and condenser fans for the swap?

Thumbs up K20

Sounds great, will this be a daily? If so how are you getting around the AC issue? You will not be able to hear yourself think inside the car with all the engine noise from that loud motor.

Good Luck

Da Fitz....

I will have A/C just need lines made up. Compressor fits fine.

It's not a loud motor, just as loud as an RSX-S.

I'm getting tired of waiting for parts..... it's been 3 months without driving her!
