Mounts are actually coming in on Friday!

 

It's been a while since I updated this page but I wanted to say the plan is to have the V6 mounted on May 20th...we will be welding up the necessary brackets for that. Super pumped!

 

Mounts are complete and painted...working on getting the rad support back on. Some trimming required! Only clearancing involved for the mountswas on the passenger side frame rail and stock mounting base...very minor grinding there to create room.

 

Long time since my last update. Been on vacation, lazy, broke...but I did rethink my approach to the car and decided to go with a more budget brake setup for now. Wilwoods and stock calipers are long gone, sold them for other parts so I decided to do the mini Cooper rotor and ITR calipers. They will be here on Wednesday...yes it will gain weight but for $250 cad in total, shipped I wasn't arguing. Eventually I'd like to do the fastbrakes drag kit or wilwood dynalites but for now I'm focusing on getting the car running ASAP.
