Hey fellow fit freaker why would you infer that the guy is a friend of mine???? ..... I didn't buy into his con, and there is nothing wrong in expressing some hope for a fellow human being that has bought into capitalism as it is commonly done in this great country... I have wasted to much of my life looking at the world in black and white and being pissed off..Just because I don't join in on feeding off of everybody's anger trip and am hoping that the guy pulls through and pays back the people that are owed money doesn't make him my friend....I guess that you don't want him to get his act together and right his wrongs so everybody will have somebody they can legitimately bitch about.... Ok the guy should be thrown in jail where he can live at taxpayers expense and not be able to rectify his wrongs and no one gets financial satisfaction... Does that make more sense to you.

He didn't refund me paypal did because i filed a claim. I consider myself lucky

 

Regardless of how you got it back, I am glad that you did and like I have said in another post, I hope that everybody gets there money back and that they get their money from the guy that owes it to them.... Can you believe that I was bad repped for that????

Texas Coyote; Dude he is probably just refunding the people he has to, like most of you who have active disputes. (people who filed disputes within 45 days of payment). iKona just kept telling me it's going to ship it's going to ship it's going to ship so by the time I filed my dispute was auto-closed by PayPal as soon as I opened it because I had waited beyond the 45 day period. I paid $250 on 4/30 and other people who bought later than me have already been refunded because of their active disputes filed whereas I don't have an active dispute...I doubt I'll get my refund that easily, or with any priority.

 

Can we get a clarification whether these paypal refunds have anything at all to do with John Perez? I was under the impression this is not actually him sending the money but Paypal itself as a courtesy.

 

I'm pretty sure its PayPal that is returning the money and that it is not John's money. I'm not sure why some people have said that he is the one giving people their money back.
