Anyway, I talked with Bob today. He is going to try and source a 205/50 for me next week. If nothing turns up I have to order it in.

Ok, so I think I tuned my car finally

E-manage sure doesn't make the car respond nearly as crisply as I originally though.

So this is a WOT 2nd gear pull from about 2000RPM to 7000RPM

I was trying to get it around the low 14's for the lower RPMs and then into the low 13's for the higher RPMs once VTEC kicks in. Although 14.7 is the so called "optimum" I figured I would take ET's advice and go for 3.1 at full WOT in the upper RPMs.

I did add a bit of fuel since this graph was made; near the top RPM's to smooth make it more uniform. I can't find the log for it now though, it was around the mid 13's on the final log.

Anyway, before I really touched anything (I did add some fuel between about 4500rpm & 6000rpm the end because it was down near 10.0 before) it was like this for a similar pull before;

Anyway, so judges; did I do good? lol

You forgot the most important part, how does the car feel after tweaking it? The same, weaker, stronger?

hehe, right

I took the car out this evening, it is running great. There is a noticeable reduction in throttle response and that sluggishness I have been complaining about for like a year now

Mopac has some but not sure it's the cheapest? I'd normally get it through Projekz

Maybe I should bring the race car and dyno the 106hp lump :P

You could bring it down for fun to see where you stand!

I don't know about Mopac, they were not that cooperative last time

I could probably switch to a different synthetic instead; I forget, do I need a special filter for synthetics?

I noticed my car turns 30,000 later this week

I usually run an oem filter even with synthetic and it's always fine. You can always run a synthetic filter if it makes you feel better :P

Got it installed and tried it out doing some running around

Is dramatic eh? You can really brace yourself on it, it kind of feels weird after shoving my foot in at an angle for the past two years.

Picked up some Synthetic oil at Superstore; 4.4L of Mobile1 for 30$
