New Project..
There's so many things that can go wrong or cause a problem its driving me nuts, when this thing is started and fresh off the dyno.. even at low boost I'll be sleeping normally for the first time in a while!

Plan for tonight is to drain the main tank of the old gas, fill up both tanks on E85 and test prime the fuel system.
Curious to hear how loud the giant Magnafuel pump will be!
All fluids topped off, all pumps tested, no leaks, almost every sensor in range and responding.. only a couple tweaks to be made.
First fire has been delayed till tomorrow after todays 13 hour marathon tag team session because... little kids painting easter eggs > race car lol
The big pump is not nearly as loud as I would have imagined, a nice bonus.

Making the nose mask and ducting for the intercooler/radiator:

Going to be painted black to match the bezel around the exhaust on the hood and the diffusers in the rear bumper!
Still deciding on how much to take off the bottom for clearance.

This was the last piece that we needed to fabricate. Final assembly, double-checks and detailing.. then its time to put her on a trailer and take her up to the dyno!

Appreciate the support fellas!
While I've only been working on this chassis since Oct 2011, this is the culmination of a life dream and five years of planning/budgeting.

Hey Tyler, got your PM!
Here's the first start video! She has not been driven yet, we are replacing the slave cylinder.
You can hear me prime the rail with the big pump before firing, and the camera's a good 30' away haha She's all business.

Hahaha, yea we got lucky. Pretty much everything worked right off the bat, vindicating my designs somewhat!
Only changes I had to make was re-arranging a couple plug wires on the coils and tweak the orientation of the cam angle sensor.
The surge is because none of the charge piping was connected and even the throttle body was only on with one bolt and no gasket.
