Haha, well you'd have to carry more to begin with to run on E98 or Methanol.. but you could run a far more aggressive tune!

Well if my current class (Street Touring Fwd) doesnt survive, I will be jumping to a class that's previously been dominated by FI EF chasied CRX and 88-91 Civic Si hatches gutted to sub 2000lb race weights...

NOW that class has bumped min weight up to 2175 for 2 doors with a FI 1.6L.... A 4 door Fit with 1.5 FI only has to meet a min weigh of 2062 :D

IF that happens, expect me to be contacting you for a rather unique FI build ROFL ;D

That ought to provide a proper "meaty" fitment! I am surprised though that your only running a 225...

Well, I have done more chassis prep and will have electronic aids to help with getting more effective power down in lower gears.

The 225 is for friction purposes out the top end at my long course pavement events over the summer.

This car doesn't really need the lateral grip of a wider tire nor the contact patch for a hard launch. So I don't need to plow through the air on a 275, or carry/spin all the extra mass.. or deal with the rolling friction.

I've thought about running a set of ET Streets up front with skinnies out back if I decide to get serious about the short courses (1/8 and 1/4 mile)

Thought it was kind of funny that my hot-side valving wound up blue, while the cold side valve is red

So begins the custom headlight-scoop intake pipe. This will prove to be a major pain in the ass. Will include a -12AN fitting to provide vacuum to the big ass catch can and a 2GPH meth nozzle a few inches before the compressor wheel

Some -16 for the rad hoses, these things are kind of a pain to deal with and cost a pretty penny. But hoping they'll provide some piece of mind that they won't blow off if the head gasket lets go!

Easy access to the components underneath, and they look pretty slick too.

Every panel on my old 1/4 midget race car was put on with the Dzus fasteners, SO worth it. That -16 ought to provide more than a little piece of mind!!!
