The wiper assembly looked fine, no cracks or anything. The clips that hold the cowl covers in place come pre-installed in the new cowl cover assembly. I ordered them from majestic honda.
It's pretty much a simple swap, unbolt wiper bolts, unhook the windhield washer tubes, and pull/pop off the covers. The news ones pop right back in.

I put on my snow tires and replaced a turn signal bulb and running light bulb. I also saw that my silicon application on those roof cracks failed to stop the infamous leak, so I ordered a new roof rail seal and will get some polyurethane for my 2nd attempt. (Seriously, my silicon job was sloppy.)

Now I'm searching the forums to figure out how the hell to get to the fog light bulb to replace it.

Haven't posted in a while cause I've been looking for rare parts.

Just acquired:
Mugen seat covers in mint condition
Mugen floor mats (bnib)
Mugen door handle protector (got a project in mind)

Nothing installed yet since I've saving up for jdm front/rear end conversion + new paint.

Check out some of the goodies on my IG @StarryEyedLepus

Nice! I don't want to compete with you, but if you see something cool that you're not going to buy, post it here please. Of, if you're willing to share any cool Sites, I'd appreciate it.

So few cool things left for our GD's

It all depends on what you are looking for. You'll have to do research on what is out there first though. It also depends on what style you like (JDM, stance, track, etc).

For your bread and butter stuff you can go to www.jhpusa.com/, ICBMOTORSPORT.COM | JDMLAND.COM - THE PURSUIT OF TRUE JDM!, https://www.aj-racing.com/catalog/,
King Motorsports Unlimited, Inc. - Mugen Performance Products for Honda and Acura.

For JDM parts check www.rhdjapan.com/, Japanese Yahoo Auctions, social media, etc. I have some friends who are overseas that can help me source parts that I'm looking for.

If you can't find what you are looking for check www.ebay.com/ (beware of reps), NWP4Life, Honda-Tech, FitFreak, or TrueFitCrew (the Facebook page).

I personally like OEM JDM parts and a select few aftermarket JDM parts (ARC Magic, Mugen, and Spoon Sports). I spend most of my time researching what is available and then trying to track them down. Due to the rarity of some parts, it'll prob take a long time to come by them. For example, my ARC Magic intake took me a few years to find.

Good luck with your search!

Thanks EightyFour!

I'm always looking for more places to check out for cool stuff, so I really appreciate the links. Have been checking most of those, but not jhpusa or rhdjapan.

I don't need trinkets, but like anything that is functional and cool.

Be sure to also check out J'S RACING USA, JDM GD 07-08 Fit / Jazz | Password JDM, Evasive Motorsports | Aftermarket Performance Parts & Accessories.

Like I said, there are dozens of sites out there, but it'll all depend on what you want and are looking for.

What are you looking to get?

Where did you find the fronts? I haven't been able to source a pair in a while.

I drove my car too and from work today with no issues . 10 years old and still fun to drive. 136,000km+ of pure smiles and fat pockets.
I watched friends dump 400$ a month on gas in trucks while mine was $40. = goodimes.
I would like to put myself on the rare parts list if someone wants to help out. GAfit knows since he followed my lead on the quaife lsd via ebay sniper action.

Headlights restored!

I got my baby car washed, had the headlights restored, and freshened up the all the black plastic and trim he’s looking pretty awesome right now. This guy had been through a lot living on the streets. He’s never even stayed a night in a garage. I’ve tried my best to keep him safe.

Finished replacing the axles today .. broke one Monday, found the corrosion, replaced both as PM. Why does every procedure I find require draining the transmission before replacing an axle? Thought fluid might drain when the axle was pulled, but none drained out when the inner splines pulled free (on the left), and the right has nothing to do with the transmission. Anyone understand the logic of the transmission being drained?

Maybe if the trans was being dropped for clutch plates or something? Otherwise Ive never heard of a trans being drained except for RWD vehicles when you pull the drive shaft it runs out the tail.
