Can we get some better pics of the brushed steel wrap? Looks black in the pic

So far they do feel easier, but I am having to concentrate since the clutch feels totally different. So I will know for sure in a few days. I could shift very quickly before, but if you are rev matching that is all on the engine in this car, so I don't know about faster.

This is a wicked nice picture of my Fit. Unfortunatly it came in the mail attached to a $67 ticket. The picture was taken by a mobile photo radar unit. I was going 78km/hr in a 60.

Another weird thing that happened today. I was returning to my car with the dogs after the morning walk at the big park. I took out my keys and activated my remote car starter. The remote beeped. The woman running in front of me stopped dead cold and turned around with fire in her eyes and accused me of taking a picture of her! How bizarre! I said "no lady I'm just starting my car...."

What a weird day.

Took it to private land overlooking the F1 track today to watch the first racing action the track has seen. A moment in history. A dozen people were there. I don't think I need to say any more about how special this was. We were the only people from the public viewing it.

The rest was for a private media event down at the facility. We saw perhaps the first overtaking maneuver ever made there, right in front of us with our own eyes. AHH!!Overload. Saw everything from a Jeep SRT to a 2010 Renault R30 F1 car from a few seasons ago to a custom 3 seater f1 chassis.

No crowd.. just the wind, and cars screaming around in front of us. It was unbelievable. The Fit had one of the best views in the house.

Tune UP

I changed my engine oil along with the filter. My car also had the check engine light, a little bit of dielectric grease to theignition coils turn it off
Still have to fix that squeaking sound that I hear every-time I press on the clutch.

Next thing to do:
Put on Swift Sport Springs
got them for $160!! new

I got them from some guy in Craigslist, It came with the warranty and everything, at first I was suspicious because he said he couldn't meet me at his shop and then he wanted me to give him directions on how to get the location he told me to meet him at. He finally arrived in the middle of the night with the brand new springs, he told me he had to meet me before he could trust me at his shop with all the other valuable items.

Nice!

For me, drove my GE to work. Looking forward to try the variable wipers in rain.

Go park next to some sprinklers. That's what I did after I put mine on HA. I actually went thru all the diff settings and timed the difference (while stopped that is. I think the intervals change once you're driving a certain speed). If I remember correctly the lowest setting is a 17 sec interval....
