What did you do to your GE fit today?
yah, me neither. i prefer the '12 lights vs my what my '09 has. lol 
but at least it's not body color like on the GD's.
on my '12 i used film on the taillamp to tame it down to match the headlight.
anyway for me, just motored my GE to work and back today. was fun.

Hmmm soooo the 12 headlights fit the 09-11? Interesting...I wonder if any 12 owners would trade

Oh and to contribute to the thread: cleaned the interior and took her on a long three hour run through the hills and found some new roads. She got a nice workout in...had the brakes/tires cooking on a certain downhill run.

Put some GE Nighthawk Platinum bulbs in the FIT yesterday. Have another set for the Ridgeline.
For anyone interested, amazon has them for $19.95 (will show up at checkout) and there's a $10 rebate... $9.95 for a Pair of nighthawk platinum bulbs. Not bad.

backed out my GE to pull out my G today. nice autumn day to motor to work. hope i can get another few weeks drive in my G until snow. then it's all GE until next spring (which i dont mind at all).

Today I finally installed a mesh grill to protect the AC condenser on my 2010. I found this 6" X 36" galvanized steel gutter guard at Home Depot for $2.29 (Model # 85280 Internet # 100002884 Store SKU # 808857)
Simple installation steps
1. Purchase gutter guard & about 2 dozen black 8" tywraps. Optional: vinyl door edge strips and a 6 pack.
2. Remove plastic cover from top of radiator well. Careful removing the push clips that fasten the cover. Pry up the center pin before pulling on the fastener.
3. Using tin snips, cut 6" off the end of the gutter guard, so you now have 30" long X 6" wide strip. Also remove and discard the two little metal clips that are attached to the gutter guard. They're not necessary. I had some black door edge channel left over from another vehicle, so I cut it into 4 strips to cover the edges of the gutter guard. Absolutely not necessary, but it does protect your hands from getting cut on the edges during installation.
4. Place guard in opening with concave side towards the engine. The material is pliable, so you can gently form it to fit any contours.
5. Use the black tywraps to secure the screen. There are plenty of vertical sections on the vehicle's grille where you can discreetly make your attachments. Be sure to start the tywraps from the inside of the well opening. Run the tywrap through from the inside, around the vertical support, and back through into the well opening. Tighten the wraps securely and be sure to snip off the ends so no one thinks you're a dork if they should happen to look down into the well and see all the ends sticking out.
6. Put everything back together, have your optional adult beverage, and voila!

my 09's been okay for 4yrs now, and my previous GD was fine for 4yrs as well. total 60k miles.
with that kind of stats nothing will ever happen to my '12. like AT's in canada never get flat tires.

No no no, nobody is a peasant or peanut. Well I don't think like that at all. I really hope nobody has that impression of me. Just doing what I love, beating the piss out of a vehicle with some goodies to help me enjoy it even more.
