I think someone on this forum stated it shoots closer to 11:1 under anything other then a steady cruise. Cruising steady speed, it probably will be leaner then 14.7 AFR
The soot in my tailpipe supports this statement. Either that or I need to change plugs... it is time actually.

Figured out a different way to mount the throttle controller. Tape, velcro, or anything with adhesive on it just doesn't last in this midwest heat. Long live zip ties.

Got a couple of things for the Fit...

My plate sticker finally came (also one for my Ruckus), but forgot to put it on.

Got my tires balanced. Last month, I got new tires installed, but the shop (by Lawrence and Western) didn't balance them... even though they said they did when I asked. I had my doubts and I was right when my car kept vibrating at high speed. Two reasons I had my doubts, they did it way too fast and I couldn't spot anything that looked like a tire balancer. Of course, it could've been possible that it was a coincidence and my bearings were going out or something... but luckily, it was just the balance issue (on all four!).

And finally, I got my new Ultragauge EM Plus (yes, I have the old "classic" one too). It shows LAMBDA!!! And yeah, there are a few other new bits too.

Now, I just need to play with it.

I had that happen to me when I had new tires put on several months ago. It felt like one of the wheels was literally bouncing going down the road. I took it back and they fixed it while I had to wait for an hour and half again, but it still feels like some of the wheels are still just a little out of balance. Why can't people just do things right the first time, or at least make an attempt to do them right. I can understand that things happen, but come on!

Changed the front rotors, when I changed the pads the other week, didn't even realize that the rotor's slits were completely gone.

Some pics of the Cusco front stabilzer and top hat. Already installed, so not great pictures of them.

Also sucks when they ASK how much psi you want in the tires, then you get home, put the wheels back on, check the pressure and they way overinflated them.

Cusco bits look nice 555. What kind of suspension is that?

Thank you. I don't think many would want the Cusco hats, being what they are, you can hear them talk.

Suspension is Crux/J's utilizing Swift 12kg-mm (672lb-in) front and 8kg-mm (448lb-in) rear.

Installed:

Swift Sport Springs
Koni Orange
BFGoodrich G-force Sport Comp 2 205/45R16

On the alignment rack, car wasn't lowered on stands yet.

Initial impressions are excellent. Glad I waited for the struts as they seem perfectly paired to the Swifts. Drives similar to my MKV VW R32 I had before, which is great. Highly recommended.

Saw a tire bubble on our Fit last Saturday night and it took us almost a week to finally replace it... spent $100 for the new replacement...

I haul a lot of cargo around with my Fit, so I bought and installed a cargo basket last weekend.

I bought the basket and the roof rack separately, each were $100. They're both made by Yakima, and the roof rack actually has the mounting kit for a Honda Odyssey, but it fits the Fit like it was designed for it.

The big basket:

I also put the paddles and fishing rods up on the roof rack. The pups ride in the trunk, and I don't want to tear up my leather seats with fishing gear or paddles.

I get exceptionally good MPG with my Fit -- it's not uncommon for me to get 40+mpg on a tank (calculated, not from the inaccurate meter on the dash). I averaged 38.5mpg with the rack on my last tank, including about 30 miles of driving with a canoe up there. I accelerate like grandma and have the MT sport model, so that's probably why i get such good figures.

Psh. Every Canadian knows that a canoe on the roof is better for aerodynamics and therefore MPGs.

Just bought a K&N intake for my fit, first time ever buying a intake for any of my vehicles hopefully it will be easy to install. I've bought K&N air filter and oil filters but no air intake though.

It'll be an easy install. Just make sure to keep the mass airflow sensor clean while you're swapping it from the stock airbox to the K&N system.

Yeah, the Typhoon is very easy to install. One thing I do and recommend for anyone using an intake with an exposed/cone air filter is buy a second air filter and the K&N filter cleaner/recharge kit. This way when one filter becomes dirty you can take it off, replace it with the fresh filter, then clean and recharge the old filter for use next time. You have to wash out the old filter and let it air dry so it's nice to have the extra filter ready to go so you don't have to wait a day or overnight before you can drive your car again. But if you don't wanna get the extra filter, just make sure to keep yours clean. I change mine about every 6 months or so unless it gets really dirty before that. At least buy the cleaning kit. If you have the time then waiting for the filter to air dry overnight before re-oiling it is not that big of a deal.
