Speaking of antennas, mine is faded from black to a bronze-ish now and I need a replacement too haha.

Found a great Amazon.ca seller that deals in tons of DIY auto goodies. They are a Blox dealer (as well as Vibrant and many other good brands), so I'm ordering a Blox mini antenna from them. I went with the longest of the three sizes because it looks the most like a shorter version of the stock antenna.

I ordered my blox shorty from amazon too.... have ran it for over a year in harsh climate, no issues. Way better looking vs RC car look (i.e., stock) and i have zero reception issues.

Fuuuu.... Almost got rear ended today... Glad i always keep one eye on the rearview mirror and had room in front of me.. Some crappy impala slammed on his brakes at the last second and the whole thing rocked back and forth like a boat when it stopped.

Thanks! You'd be surprised to know I'm under 50,000 km after four and a half years. It still needs a bath.

Thinking about it, I'm kinda torn between the large and small. My SickSpeed antenna gets such crappy reception, I could only imagine what the short one would be like. At the same time, I love the barely there look. The medium one doesn't have the wider base, and I think it would look a little weird on the antenna base on the Fit.

Nice! Looks good. What spacers did you go with and do you notice them when you're driving? Thanks for the pics and info!

Thanks.
I went cheap (I think) and got them on amazon. Back was like european performance customs & front custome made only. Did google search on "4x100 56.1 20mm wheel spacer amazon". Same for the 15mm just switched size. Bout $115 for all 4. There are brands recommended by fitfreakers, who most likely know more than me, but they seemed to be round $100/pair & I wasn't sure so I went cheap.
As far as the ride, I would say the suspension feels softer. I assume it's from the wheels being farther out pushes on the springs harder like a breaker bar compared to a socket wrench. It's good though, tames the coilovers for dd. The car feels much more planted & less effect from bigger vehicles wake. Im running 205s on stock rims & they sit just inside the fender so no rubbing with round 320 pounds of people on big bumps.

Before you go ordering from them, I got an e-mail from them through amazon after I placed my order. They want an extra $35 USD to ship the antenna. Amazon themselves sell the same piece, but it takes longer to ship, and they won't gouge you to ship a stick with a screw on the end.

Honestly I have no clue. I just hit record and go from there. In the racecar we have no problems because the camera is in the middle of the rollcage so you get no wind as you can see in some of my other videos. And it usually has pretty good sound

Maybe roll the windows up?
I cant roll the windows up because its cooking out there. Especially in the racing suit lol (which I was just testing out in the heat)

You have a link to the one Amazon sells? My search seems to return the same one you linked earlier by Accelerated Performance

Thanks! Lowering is just not in the budget right now. Speaking of, Koni no longer lists the str.t shocks/struts for the GE. I guess we're stuck with KYB Excel-G's as our only option? Not that I have anything against KYB, they make great shocks/struts, but they aren't really suitable for lowering.

It's kinda weird. You have to click the link for the Accelerated Performance page, then at the bottom it will say "2 new & used starting at $21.99". Click there, then you can choose the Amazon stock. I'm guessing they get them directly from Blox and Amazon is essentially a drop shipper. Just with Amazon you get their way better shipping of either $5.04 or free if you spend $3 more. As mentioned, the only downside is that you have to wait.
