The Apexi has 8 modes.

4 Gas Freindy
1 Normal (Turn off controller)

Boost 2 Mode is a little intense for the street Boost 1 might be my daily mode.

Is the wiring plug and play or have to solder?
Thanks

T1R Header from A&J Racing

A&J have a couple headers left for the GE8. Just ordered one from Ben. After the Weapon R header, this a welcome change. It looks like I still need a MIL Eliminator with the T1R header, it eliminates the front cat but retains the rear cat.

Exhibit 1 :: Type1Racing Header

Exhibit 2 :: Stock Cats

Plug and Play

You will need these two parts for the install:

Controller Part #: 410-A001 ($123 - Amazon)
GE8 Harness Part #: 417-A020 ($59 - Ebay)

I ceramic coated mine and help with blocking the heat since we can't use
the original heat shield from the original cat converter unless you want to tap/drill the 2 holes needed for the bolts and if I am not mistaken, you also have to cut a bit of the factory heat shield in order for it to fit with the T1R.

No. I may Wrap the header, but unlikely.

NOTE:

The purpose of the OEM heat shields are to help the Cats warm up quicker on start-up. Not reduce under-hood temps. It's for emissions.

Notice, the secondary cat (under the floor board) has a heat shield, same concept.

Yesssss! Loving everything you're doing. I had a Cusco cage in my S2000, it's very appealing to the eyes.

Thanks.

Its quiet ridiculous, I should just buy a proper track car like a Miata. But The FIT is too far gone.

Depends what you are looking for? Spoon, Cusco, ect.. are Japanese MFGs.

There are USA/ Canadian distributors that can import it, like AJ Racing.

Shipping weight was 38 lbs, so slightly less than that.

Muteki SR48 Forged Steel X-Long Lug Nuts M12 x 1.5

I have locking lugs for my street wheels/tires, which require a special key to remove. This key is a pain on track days, I purchased these Muteki Steel Lugs for my track wheel set (RPF1).
