Thanks for sharing this with us.
That's great. Where and how much did you pick up he master for? I use to work in a dealership, so I work like I'm flat rate (I work fast). Any difficulties with the install?

It´s alway ´s more expensive here in Canada, got the Napa cmc for 62$ . Tried to undo the flare nut bottom of hard line going to the soft line, no way i was going to take it apart without braking something, so i took out the battery and K&N ram filter from there i took everything out in one piece from the cmc to the slave cylinder. Even after doing all this still took me just a bit under 2hrs from start to finish. Now i'm just waiting for my Koni Orange

Front Control Arm Bushing Fill

I filled my front control arms. Stock these bushings can be moved around easily by hand. a couple days of drying in my hot/dry attic to cure urethane.

Where did you end up mounting it at on the chassis? Very nice DIY.

I bought aluminum rods at Home Depot, Cut them to length, Threaded them with a tap and die kit, Bought hyme joints... I used "L" brackets that I riveted to the chassis:

At the new Thompson Speedway, CT

This is an old track that has been shut down for years in Connecticut, the owners rebuilt the entire track. This is the first year it has been reopend in a long time.

DIY "Home Depot" Lip Chin Spoiler...

I have to tighten up the DIY-HD lip but I am happy with the over all finish product:

Here is what I used, it works well:

Not throwing a code with the primary cat removed? Sure glad we don't have that damn EGR piping coming off the upper exhaust.

No codes are set for the cat, because I have (x3) spark plug defoulers that pull the O2 sensor out of the exhaust stream (upper right of the pic). The lower right sensor is my wide band.

The EGR is the first thing to go if Hondata ever makes a tuner for the GE.

Hi,
Do you feel more power and response with the Weapon R Header,
compare to stock?
If there is improvement, is it on the low rpm or mid or high rpm?
Please give your review on the Weapon R Header.
Thanks

use the civic SI K20 factory EGR blockoff plate. Also block off the rear EGR port from exhaust with a 2 bolt wastegate cover from ebay. Many sizes, so measuring is of course key lol

EDIT if you need the part number, it is under water pump section for 2006-2011 civic si. dunno why its in that section, but last 3 digits are J00

There is a noticable gain through out the whole power power band. I've seen a posted dyno sheet of a 12 whp gain at 5900 rpm a while back. I don't know how accurate it is.
