hopefully i will get this suff by the end of the week or middle of next week. i will post pics when i get them.
and most likely disect the BOV to see what makes an ebay knockoff different than a "real" one.

only things left to buy:
2" turbo->intercooler pipe
manifold parts
oil feed/return
you can use that knock off bov as target practice or see how far you can throw it. lol the so called diaphram is like a piece of paper thin silicon and the valve can barely move about 1/4". speaking about the greddy knockoff. never wasted my money on the others.

yeah my buddies ep3 turbo kit came with one and it would barely open. would surge the turbo like hell. the diaphram tore within two weeks. I let him borrow my real type s and he loved it. I took his apart and my type s and compared. needless to say the knockoff went straight into the trash. they look pretty though. LOL.

pics of the BOV, intercooler, pipe, boost gauge, and gauge pod will be posted later.

going to try and free up the exhaust housing again this weekend to HOPEFULLY clock the turbo correctly, then i will make the mount for the intercooler and mock up the intercooler piping.

parts left to order:
angle aluminum for intercooler mount...........$10
5/8" pipe for oil drain................................$5
5/8 barb->1/8" NPT fitting for oil pan...........$10
oil feed kit..............................................$ 50
2" intercooler pipe
manifold/downpipe parts and flanges...........$120
2.5->2" silicone reducer
2.25"->2.5" silicone reducer

hopefully within the next 2 weeks there will be some fabrication pics.

just bought fittings, hoses, heat tape, intercooler mount, aluminum pipe (oil drain), oil feed kit, gaskets, exhaust flange....about $150

pictures to come in about a week when i receive everything.
hopefully i will test fit the intercooler and mock up the intercooler-->throttle body piping next weekend.

only thing left to buy is manifold and downpipe pipe.

there is no company that sells a manifold for the fit. it has to be custom made...the link has the parts to make a manifold. but a better site was recomended to me, acestainless.com
give them a try,parts are cheaper.

and for flanges, im getting them from atpturbo.com
parts should be about 120 for downpipe and flange.
