pics of all IC piping have been added to first post. just waiting to be welded now.

installation of emanage blue and injectors to come next. i would like this to go without problems...only thing im nervous about it having the incorrect jumper settings. if some one happens to know what they should be for either the emanage untimate or emeange blue, it would be a great help.

Summit SUM-350104 - Summit® Heat Tape - summitracing.com

works great. i ordered 1 roll....should have ordered 2. i would have liked to cover more or have double layers in some places, but i was running low. now i cant get myself to spend as much on shipping as it costs for the tape

Nice progress man, the work looks clean and well planned. The T3 turbo is oil cooled only? I don't see any coolant tappings. can't wait to see the top mount turbo

its both oil and coolant cooled. i am going to use the coolant that feeds the throttle body and then use the return that the throttle body would have used.

ive had the throttle body coolant bypass done to my car for a few weeks now, so i know the car will run fine without collant through it.

i wired up my emanage tonight (except for the ignition wires...not necessary now and will only complicate things if there is a problem)and all went well. easy to get to the ECU connections and all went well. i started the car and it ran fine........for about 15 minutes/10 miles. i am now in limp mode.

i am assuming this has to do with jumper settings. it defiantly has to do with the maf input/out. the car will not go over 3k RPMS, rpms will fall to about 300 when i clutch in and come to a stop and if i press on the gas quickly to about 2.5k RPMS i have a poping sound out of the exhaust (but its not a backfire).

added a couple pictures of the start of my downpipe on the first page as well as a few emanage install pics.

and just an update...the car is still running without a CEL since the emanage install. a/f ratio somtimes touches 16.0 inbetween shifts, besides that it is usually 14.9 - 15.8

i am planning on following htis DIY
https://www.fitfreak.net/forums/fit-...ce-gasket.html

it is exactly what needs to be done, except for one step....there is a bolt on the right side of the head that holds the fuel line in place. remove that bolt and the fuel rail will be able to be removed and the injectors unclipped.

i will take pictures of my install as well. i might do it today...depending how much time i have.

also, i spent a few minutes with the emanage yesterday since i was running a little leaner than i wanted. i never changed the TPS or injector settings that the previous owner had. it was set for me running 240cc injectors....
all fixed now and im getting no readings over 15.8.
