The Post Whore Thread V.2
I'll put the rear seats back in the Fit, put a huge muffler on it and live with it that way.
Then again maybe I won't... The fog is finally drifting off and I'm glad.. Looking out the window had me flashing back to 1969 in the Ashau Valley and on Operation Dewey Canyon... Time for a chill pill.
AIM is AOL Instant Messager. Its basically a web chat program.

230k.
It actually is still overheating at times. Not to the point of shut off but getting hot none the less. Going to take the heater core out of the system and check for leaks in a week. See if that fixes it.
It's been a good car for the young'in for 2 yrs so far. Was hoping to get 300k out of it tho (all thru college).
It only overheats after driving more than an hour anyways. Would be a perfect around town scoot. She's a good car. Gonna see if we can get it licked. Though I may end up selling it after its fixed just because Kim may be getting a new one and handing her G6 down.

If you haven't already you might try parking the car on a slope where the radiator cap is higher than the rest of the cooling system, remove the cap, start the engine, fill the system to the top and let it run until the thermostat opens, then add antifreeze all of the way to the top.... More than likely the baby needs to be burped....
Yeah, I've done that once and it helped. I'll have to do it again after taking the heater core out of the system. It'll probably be filled and burped then too. Everything else is new so what else could it be? Unless its a slow leak somewhere. Young one has the car so hard to keep up with how much fluid is in it. Doesn't have a problem around town at all. It needs a new sway bar end link and the car is good as new.
are wheelchairs even allowed to get on an escalator? coz it doesn't look safe....

Over the last week, along with Nicole Alambra, I've taken the liberty of finally testing out the capabilities of my three year old Canon T1i. The quality given my minimal knowledge of shooting video is remarkable, and our finished product definitely came out better than we could have ever imagined.
Given how well it turned out, we decided to enter it into a local non profit Recycling organizations film contest. Unfortunately, due to the "professionalism" of our video, we've taken a lot of negative criticism and heat because of the overall quality.
It should be noted, the video itself was filmed with a digital camera and tripod purchased from Best Buy three years ago, and the footage was actually edited in Windows Movie Maker.... a FREE video editing software. There is absolutely nothing professional about this video, it is simply well thought out. To top things off, this was actually our first attempt at creating such a video.
Now my plea.... given the amount of bad feedback, it's now our goal to crush the competition, which obviously we're having a hard time doing. SO, here's hoping a number of bored individuals would gladly mind helping out a fellow Fit Freaks!
