Oh man, thanks for the info and link for that part! Mine does leak from there. I’m going to order up some of those to keep on hand.

ha ha!! That Sales guy told me the same thing! I’m close to them so shopping was lily $10 to me. But that’s quite the promise on his part! That’s awesome you got yours so fast!

good cal on the belt though. I was hoping the stock belt tensioner could soak up the difference maybe? I got the 70 mm so mine might still work… fingers crossed!

I think the seal leaking generally is a pressure problem in the SC case. Heat causes pressure to build internally and its a sealed case so these seals rated for roughly 10-15 PSI will leak even when in fairly good shape.
There are overpriced products to relieve this pressure issue, essentially tube vented through SS mesh with fittings to attach to dipstick port.
Mine was leaking really bad, flinging oil everywhere even cold so was more than pressure issue.

Quick question on MAP sensor. Where it should be plugged if I will be going down Ktuner road?

Having issues with misfires at Wipe Open Throttle acceleration. I have checked everything/replaced what I can: spark plugs, ignition coils, seals, manifold gasket, and cylinder pressure test. I cannot find what is wrong. Tuner has extra fuel in the tune. Any thoughts?

I currently run Ktuner and the ECU sees a lot of misfires.
From my experience if you feel like its breaking up WOT at high rpm check your sparkplug gap. I had my sparkplugs gapped at 0.028" and had major breakup after running over 50% duty cycle on 750cc injectors. Now I am at 0.020" and it runs like a champ.
I also read an old thread "ATR turbo build" they had problems where the ECU was thinking the increased cylinder pressure was misfire.

Personally I disabled misfire detection, just be careful as it does not show knock counts after you do. Knock control will still work tho

Per tuner, he did not see proper boost in manifold. I could not find where it would be leaking. I might revisit at the end of the year. EGR was my only option left. Replaced everything that I could have. Used both type of spark plugs: one mentioned in this thread (IK22) and one mentioned in Sprintex manual. I will check on spark plug gap once I try to install again.

Not sure if I would disable misfire detection. I do race and doing WOT acceleration is rather a requirement.

My boost controller's 4 bar map sensor reads about .7 psi more than the stock map sensor. Try mixing soap and water and spray it over the parts that are joining and the injectors. I have actually deleted my egr valve before I boosted, so I can't say for sure if that would be it. Currently running NGK iridium BKR7EIX, and on ethanol as fuel.

I'm at 5k FT. Stock MAP reads -2.7. Highest boost I got was 2.9 at round 6k RPM.

I did use block off plate for EGR. However, I was wondering if gasket was leaking since I saw exhaust marks beyond the opening. Bolts were tightened.

The pipe that is going back to the head on the exhaust manifold, I would try and block that off and use Hondabond to seal the plate after. Did you check if you have enough tension on the Sprintex belt?
