I like the SPORT badge. Where did you get it? Did you wrap or cover that also?

Thanks!

Got the sports emblem off ebay for like $5.

I actually broke each letter to be separate before applying it (it still all held together by the adhesive on the back) so that it would follow the curve of the hatch better and didn't try to pull up.
I then plasti dipped it and the fit emblem.

Awesome thanks! As I expected it does not have that annoying ricer fart can sound at all. It sounds really good from inside the cabin too!

Definitely a nice upgrade and the best exhaust sound I have heard on the L15.

It has just a little of the can of bees noise but nothing like the single cam civics running around with no cat.

And there are no CLs or anything? The ECU is happy despite there being no cat? It doesn't spew clouds of smoke, etc.? Its not illegal to run without a cat here, I'm just curious how much it changes emissions. That T1R test pipe is a great cheap upgrade to the exhaust system.

No CEL. No smoke or smell. Both o2 sensors come before the cat that this pipe gets rid of.

A friend of mine is an environmental engineer and did an emissions test in my 2003 Civic with the 1.7, after I put on a full exhaust system (which included cat delete). It put out considerably more harmful emissions than his 90s dodge Dakota V8. I think it was actually 6x more if I recall correctly. Moral is a cat delete does serious harm to the environment, if you care about that sort of thing.

This pipe only deletes one cat. And it's likely the less restrictive one.

delete both cats. The bigger gain is from chunking the primary cat anyways. the secondary cat is only worth a few ponies. It just has more response now and feels faster.

Easy way to trick secondary O2 is to space it out. mine is a 90 degree setup, roughly 6 inches long. CEL pops on only if I beat on the car for long durations.

I forgot about the second cat on these cars. I'm not huge on these sorts of things, but I remember seeing an uncorked (i.e. straight pipe from the manifold back) turbo Civic roll around town ages ago with black smoke pouring out of it, and figured that might be frowned upon. That being said, I live in a city where "rolling coal" is considered cool.

or his car is jsut a piece of garbage, or has a crappy tune, or something is wrong.

My car has non cats, has a simple glasspack for a resonator, and a simple thrush offset muffler.

NO smoke. NO smell. sounds fine. NO soot inside exxhaust pipe, so I know its burning just fine

I'm not looking for most HP output. At the end of the day, I just want to smile when I stomp on the loud pedal. If I get the craving for more power, it'll be the Sprintex kit all the way.

13fit do you think you could post a video of what your exhaust sounds like? I'd love some more power. But don't want it at the cost of my hearing. Plus cops around here would love to write me a ticket for no cat

The carrying capacity of this car never ceases to amaze me. Today I fit 2 of those hospital mobile computer carts that they wheel around from room to room in the back with the seats down. Guess that's why they call it a fit XD
