Received and installed a CR-Z EX shift knob. I sanded and polished the black, low profile, retention ring so it looks flush. This will be my final knob set up.

Upgraded OEM door speakers to Morel Maximo's. Super easy install. No change to stereo. Not earth shattering sound, but a nice upgrade.

Would that be a good way to cover the glare from the silvery plastic trim parts on the dash? Where do you get the tape? Is it easy to form?

You can get it from Pep Boys, Auto Zone or Advance Auto. Comes in different sizes. Very flexible. You can use it to cover the silvery parts with an exacto blade but the job would be very tedious. It's one of those jobs that could look very professional or very tacky.

Thanks!!! Get it. It's cheap enough to experiment. Be careful though, you'll want to put it everywhere I'm thinking a wide strip on the bottom door stills and I'll be done. I'll post pics if I do.

Added some 3M clear protection to where a roof rack mounting points would go, and to the front, rear and side of fender for kayak tie downs.

Also used Vvivid carbon fibre vinyl to do the roof, and smudge magnet points - front cowl, and the side pillars on the doors.
