What you DONT like about your Fit
Good: few around my area, it's unique (for now).
Bad: Dunlop All Season tires, TPMS is a hassle if you want to switch to aftermarket wheels- more than one set such as for performance driving, daily driving, car shows, etc. High prices- my dealer has window sticker marked $3995 additional markup - dealer asking price over $22,000!

i work as a lot attendant at beaverton honda and theres a $10,000 markup on the mugen si
wut i don't like about my fit
1) how the passenger side visor doesn't have a mirror
2) how everyone tells me its cute (mostly girls)
3) how the gas (door? lid? thingy) just pops open so ppl can potentially put sugar or any other thing that will f up my injectors
I guess the only annoying thing I've encountered thus far is that sometimes when I think I'm pressing on the accelerator pedal (I have an AT Fit by the way) I'm actually pressing on whatever recessed area that is to the RIGHT of the accelerator pedal - I'm 5'10" by the way with longer legs so I'm still trying to get used to finding the ideal position where I can step on the pedals without having to bend my ankles too akwardly upwards.
Other than that I'm happy with the car.

at the time I didn't know I was just happy to get another honda after my 98 civic 2dr got totaled. but now I know more about this fit its still good but not all that great.

i agree on that too. i like the feeling of having a armrest and dead pedal.
Hmm, strikes me as weird that you didn't bother to research the car before you got it... especially with the technology today, it would be impossible to not find anything about any car that's on the market. Especially something like power, how did you not know it was only 109hp, and did you not even bother to test drive it?

The only thing I don't like is that I get shocked BIG TIME nearly every single time I get out of my car. I did the research and know the fix, so I'll be buying that thingy that goes below the car.
Other than that, this is easily the highest quality car I've ever had, and tied for first place for fun. The other would be my Jeep Wrangler I used to have.

Search for "shock" and you'll see a thread that goes into detail about the thingy. So you're in Manassas? So am I! Small world! Don't see any other Fits out there though. I commute up 28N to just north of Dulles Airport every day.
1. automatic
2. the mrs just complained that the fit is too slow. and she is a very timid girlish driver.
3. seating position could be a little less tall.
4. ridiculously boosted initial bite of brakes
5. non-linear throttle response - it sounds like half throttle with 1/4 pedal travel
6. RPM must be at 3k +/- 300rpm to downshift
7. my lack of skill - i have yet to genuinely fade the brakes
the irony of #2 - it's what makes the fit so much fun to drive. driving slow cars fast is so immensely satisfying. and being able to drive hard on 87 octane and still get 22mpg is just phenominal.
