Be careful of the lug nuts as it is unsafe to use cone lug on an oem wheel that takes a acorn lug.

So today I decided to add the dimmer wire connection for my V3 tritons. Its just so damn bright at night and I'm sure people are getting mad glare from it. Tapped into my Morimoto harness and its so much better now when the headlights turn on. It doesn't overpower the brightness of the headlight when looking at it head on even though its supposed to only reduce the power 10%. Good thing I wired everything up where its accessible so I didn't have to take the bumper off again.
Also decided to tinker with my 4th brake light side project. Problem was the light only came with a connection for strobe (blinking) red and solid fog settings. Thanks to BMW_Alpina and his guide for adding a fog light, i copied his circuit. I wanted to only use the solid red function, but I wanted it to light up with the tail lights dimmed red and bright red when the brakes are hit. The problem was with one 500 ohm resistor I suppose the current wasn't high enough to light up all the leds, so I decided to add 3 resistors in parallel to lower the resistance and get a little more power. It worked and all the leds lit up dimmed. Maybe next weekend when I may have more time to commit i'll proceed with the install. Still need to test if the current from the tail lamp is good enough to light up the lights.

Plans in the future to get some relays and an extra controller for the XC lights. Want to set it up so that the Demon Eyes will turn on with the car regardless if any lights are on and turn off when the headlights are on, and the halos to turn on with the parking lights and turn off with the headlights.

so starting with layer 3 for the trunk.
layer 1 (dynomat) was a complete waste of time for audible differences
layer 2 (that closed cell foam stuff), very notable.
wow... again, way more involved than I anticipated... Also maybe the 110mil vs the 80mil dynomat thickness what a large increase in difficulties. I am so burned out by this concept that I think I am only finishing the trunk and putting a hold on the rest till spring.
My JDM Fit RS OHLINS Coil Over just arrived by DHL today 
I hope I can install it asap because I need to ship my Bilstein
