Also, I change entire radiator coolant fluid that require the removal of the drain bolt behind the engine block so I took this opportunity to replace the drain bolt with engine block heater, hopefully someday I can move to colder climate state

I also change the ATF filter and ATF Fluid and raise the suspension about 1 cm all around because I plan to change my resonator back to DynoMax one and I need more ground clearance, plus I plan to change to 225/40ZR18 from the current 215/40ZR18 so I need more fender clearance too...

Also clean the inside part of the wheel with Alcohol to make it real clean

tomorrow I still have more to do...

Thanks for the extra hood shots Connor!

I hope in the future you will be able to come to SoCal so we can all see it in person!

Move to washington! Or better yet BC lol! Then we can have regular meets haha.

I was thinking of doing a coolant flush in the spring, not brave enough to have attempted that yet since i have no idea how to do the burping procedure. I asked for a service manual this Christmas, so i hope that helps me out. Im just as busy as you are right now but on my new/old toyota bB hehheh.

Hi Connor,
the burping procedure is easy, just loosely put the radiator cap back on (not full close), warm up the car until the fan spin, the add more fluid, let it run again, and check if more fluid needed... than if fluid not going lower anymore, fully close the radiator cap and done

I will have to message you when my time comes i will probably do it on the bb next week. I read that you need to squeeze the air out of the hoses.

Today I upgrade the Sprintex Rubber Fuel Line to Goodridge 910 Aramid Reinforced Hose with Forged 811 Fitting (and various Earl's and Russel Fitting and EFI Quick Disconnect).
I also add K&N Fuel Filter to the Samco hose that goes to the AEM F/IC-6 onboard MAP sensor and Defi Boost Pressure Gauge to prevent Vibration due to air pulsation.
Oh, plus a Pneumadyne Adjustable Needle Valve for the Defi Boost Pressure Gauge.

Then I manage to remove the spark plug only to notice the number 2 cylinder spark plug was incredibly loose !!!... Also the spark plug was coated with "rust" like color from the chemical MMT that contain in STP octane booster...
I will change the spark plug with a new spark plug tomorrow and I will no longer use the STP octane booster on every fill up.

I also just adjust the FUEL map on the AEM F/IC-6 tune and will upload it to the AEM F/IC-6 tomorrow..

Still have more to do tomorrow... better sleep now

Merry Christmas!

Got a hexagon Mugen radiator cap, some Spoon reservoir covers and some Muteki sr48 lug nuts. And some extra evasive tow decals for when I eventually respray the front bumper.

I've been too lazy for pictures. But did a road trip and got awesome mpg (for me) with the latest tune from Kenny.

09' sprintex 5spd on 205/45/17 bridgestone s001

ambient temp 50-70, tire pressure 40 psi hot.

229.5 miles / 7.88 gals = 29.1
80-85 mph, cruise on, no ac. 40 minute bumper to bumper traffic, mostly flat

246.8 miles / 7.12 gals = 34.6
75-80 mph, cruise on, no ac, mostly flat

250.5 miles / 8.86 gals = 28.2
75-80 mph, cruise on, no ac, rolling elevation

Same here with catback, intake, 16x7's with 205/50s, and a heavy ass foot... I think the MPG is heavily dependent on the amount of caffeine that the Fit has. When it is more awake, it is more efficient. 100% scientifically proven.

Alright guys, so I've been wanting new tail lights for sooo long. I want Axis tail lights but they are just so damn expensive... So I found these on eBay, it seems like a solid deal. Any input/suggestions?

Thanks! i was pretty disappointed with how my car ended up, but now i'm happy! ha.

Correct I am using K-tuner, and Kenny from speedfactory is my tuner

I think it varies with location, commute and etc. I live in Texas, which is mostly flat and with the car pretty much stock, except intake and exhaust. I'd get 32 highway. 80 mph cruising, but my usage is 90% highway. I've had to do a majority of city driving before and i got 20 mpg

I think CounterFit is right, going flat out to reach your cruising speed is probably best for the fit. This partial throttle slow acceleration definitely burns more gas, IMO.

No matter how conservative or spirited i drive, the best ive ever hit is 28mpg. Not 1 time have i ever hit 30mpg or more.

Thats what pisses me off most about this car. I have 100hp and get 26mpg.

My C5 Z06 had 405hp (388whp) and was get 28mpg
