I agree 100% with the laws of tinted windows for safety for the driver as well as anyone else, especially an officer approaching the vehicle. I just find it odd that the rear windows must be the same tint on "cars" but for SUV's or trucks, it can be whatever you want.
Overall I'm happy with my 35% tint, it appears darker due to the black interior of our cars, and when I go through inspection I will pass and not have to deal with either getting the tints re-dont each year, or having to "know a guy" that will pass me.
When I lived in NJ, no tint at all was allowed on the front two windows, so if you had tinted windows, you were a target for a cop to pull you over and give you a $150 ticket.

I know I'm 4 days late on this but I was away. Not sure if there is much of a write up to do. I think the link to the exhaust tip was posted somewhere earlier in this thread a few pages back.
It comes with three bolts. Simply slide it on to the exhaust and screw down the bolts. I'm not a DIY guy and even I thought this one was kind of easy.
