Back in AZ front plates were never required but out in TX it is so this is what I did today (nothing special).
I had to modify a bracket I got on line, used an aluminum flat stock and 2” screws so I don’t loose it. I should’ve painted the aluminum black, oh well.
Finally got a chance to install my Amazon oil catch can! I probably shouldn't have cheaped out so much, I ended having to buy a bunch of fittings to connect the tubing from 5/16ths to 3/8 in id.

I got the Evil Energy one. The build quality is fine for the most part, not great, but gets the job done. The main structural parts and body feel solid. The filter is just two walls of plastic with holes punched. It screws in and out and actually came out when I checked it after ~400 miles. The fittings fit snugly, however there's a psuedo-washer on the dipstick that already came out of place and got squished into the threading. Not sure how that even happened!

How do you drain it? Getting below it looks like it would be difficult.
There is a inside AND outside diameter to consider for the hoses. I ended up using this: HBD Thermoid NBR/PVC SAE30R7 Premium Fuel Line Hose, 3/8" X 25' Length, 0.375" ID, Black
Just finished installing Fortin EVO-ONE with the THAR-ONE-HON4 harness. I was on a roll once I got started so no pics. Once all the pre-work for the harness was cleaned up and done prior to install, it took about 20 minutes to do. Now I can remote start during the summer months in Texas.
