Looks great bmw. But im curious why you dont have an integrated navi unit! If youre willing to pay for the RS logo, the navi unit will be more than worth it!

Hi Connor55,
Actually I have an OEM Honda Navigation TRIM that is in the process of being covered by leather and yellow stitching too, should be finish by this weekend or next weekend hopefully

But I don't plan to buy the Navigation Unit UNTIL AFTER I bought a pair of Recaro seat,...

I am just preparing the TRIM for now.

My plan is to buy a Navigation Unit hopefully with fiber optic digital output that will feed Zapco Sound Processor/Amp and Dynaudio 3 way speaker...
perhaps next year because of budget concern

Here is my design inspiration for the Navigation Trim and Console Door Trim that being work on, but mine will have YELLOW Stitching:

I already bought the red hazard switch few months ago,
but I don't like to open and close interior panel because I might broke the plastic clip or it become loose and rattle
so I will wait until I have my navigation head unit like next year before I install it hahaha...
here is the pictures of it when it just arrived:

Climate control... I would love to have like yours but... it is very complicated
and involve lots ofdashboard trim removal soI am reluctant to do it for now...
perhaps I can get a "TURN KEY" System from you someday when I have the budget

After my interior trim done, I will post it here, if you like it,
I can introduce you directly to the custom upholstery guy.
so let's hope mine works out nicely...
I also doing the custom upholstery and yellow sticthing on my center lower console where the whole transmission selector is up to the OEM hand rest console too...

Lol. Im sure you of all people can do it.

Let me know about the upholstery, maybe we can get a discount if we do two at once lol. I would prefer blue stiching however, since i already have the oem at selector and steering wheel cover with blue stitch. Im also going to go for clazzios with blue stitch haha.

Finally got my Megan exhaust on. Sounds nice, not drony, just adds a little tone to the exhaust. When you floor it, you can still hear the engine over the exhaust note. We have a really loud engine in our cars, though.

That rear looks great connor55! Planning anything else for your Fit after that?

So .. I finally installed my mugen replicas side skirts, they were a tight fit but the final result is good. I also installed the body side moldings today, instructions that came with the box made everything fairly easy, the parts assembled looks better than what I had expected! I mentioned earlier that I had purchased the Aries 3D mats, took some pictures of everything:

Now onto the Aries 3d All Weather Floor Mats.

Driver Side (little dusty from daily usage)

Passenger Side

Rear Seat

I ordered black leather stitching from eBay for my Steering Wheel, sadly for us base owners we don't have a cool steering wheel like the one found on the Sport version. Anyways, after that my next mods would be the center arm console, the door sills and finally the trunk mat; not in any particular order.

Yesterday I loaded 4 bales of straw in the Fit. 3 in the back seat and one in the trunk. The load of groceries had to go in the passenger seat. Today I hauled a load of plywood from Orange Depot. The damn extra weight and aero drag conspired with the hills to keep me down to 32 mpg on the trip back.

Unless im on a highway roadtrip, which was a best of 35mpg, my city is about 26mpg according the the trip computer. I dont get how people get 30+mpg. I baby the car or go a little spirited, it doesnt matter. Still no 30+ for me.

I've gone below 30 MPG once in the dead of winter.

I dont get it. Thats part of the frustration i have with the Fit. Its balls slow, but damn i cant even justify its lack of power with good mpg.

My C5 Z06 had 400whp and still got 28mpg for gods sake.
