i hope to wash her tonight though as soon as i get home. expecting some sunny skies for the next couple of days.

which means, im going to start (and finish) painting my kitchen and breakfast over the weekend... more stuff to do in the afternoon... sigh. lol can't complain.

so yesterday i washed the G very quickly (about 25min total for me) when i got home, dried her up real well. the shopvac in blower mode really speeds up the drying process for me cause i can get water out of the nooks and none of that endless dripping from side mirrors and stuff.

tonight need to clean the interior glass on the G and also general dusting/QD the leather seats and panels.

tomorrow, after motoring my Z, i need to again take my other weekend car (aka GE ) and run several errands including a quick stop at the fedex/kinkos to drop off a couple of boxes my wife needs to ship out, also stop at a few stores to pickup some paint roller thingie and new switch-gut. yah, haven't had the chance to replace it yet.

So yesterday after motoring my Z, started down a list of stuff to do. I got done with painting the kitchen. Will do the breakfast this today. since the base color is lighter this time I need to do 2 coats which is slowing me down a little, but looking great. Also cleaned the furnace in prep for the cold am.

I was out and about in the GE yesterday but did not have a chance to go to homedepot
... wife's using the GE all day today so... hummmmm...

Just got back from motoring, did a full QD and cleaned up my garage. Had leaves from a few days of moderate winds. The drive was great. 42F on the chilly side but plenty of power and grip was good with the DW's.

Today going to finish up painting the breakfast area in my house. and just relax in my music room rest of the day. Kids are out at grandma's and wife's doing some volenteer work all day..... oh wait, paint first.

Took out the 350 last night. Having some HP to the rear wheels is amazing as is the tight steering, stiff suspension, and the ever amazing scream of the v6 when flying under and over pass.... I'm envious of you as always.. :P

sounds good! yah, RWD is definitely ideal for me too. i like the fact that i can steer the car with power to the rear wheels..and no torque steer.

wat i miss here are long tunnels where i can blast the exhaust and enjoy the musical tone.

so still on the fence if i want to paint my music room too using the left over paint i have... thing is im trying to rid the paint stock i have in storage. it's not that it's taking up space or anything, but the paints are a few years old so want to just consume them before they change property or something. i did pay a decent amount of change on the cans...

will need to buy more painter's tape though before i begin... right now my music room has an antique white wall with white trims, berber type ligher color carpeting.

the paint i want to use is like a darker adobe-like yellowish warm color. with the gray sound baffles and acoustic controlling pyramids i have on the walls the color should look pretty nice. might add another color for the side walls for contrast.

but this will mean i need to move everythign out of the room (my synth is like 80lbs heavy and digital piano is like 60lbs, along with other gear) and reposition my monitors later so that's a lot of work.

enjoying this 70F weather. drive to and from work has been great. could be even better if garbage would stay home until im done with the commute but oh well.

they drive crappy cars (saturns and malibu's), drive slow missing out on opportunites to get ahead (in life as well) and just a blockage to traffic just like their high cholestrol arteries or constipated fat intestines inducing more lard on their bellys.

looking forward to my drive home... hahaha kidding aside, the drive has been real nice.

Hit a cat delete on the G or the Z and rev back at his ass. It'll sound so good he'll throw his rumble toy on the ground and walk into oncoming traffic.

This am I was driving to work and heard a kid waiting for his school bus bark "ruff ruff!" at me while I passed him. I was like wtf, I looked at him through my side mirror and he had 2 thumbs up in the air. I then realizedhbe shouted "nice car!" hahaha. So I gave him a tup as well.

I'm not sure if I'm liking this new os for my droidx
Nearly impossible to edit posts for grammar after its posted as the software centers the screen making it impossible to select the word I want to edit.

My Fit and my old VW diesel pickup I drove in the 80s really appeal to little boys... I was crazy for bug eye Sprites TR-3s and VW Beetles when I was a little kid..

I am new to Fit Freak. I recently upgraded my wheels to 17" on an 08 Fit Sport. How can I post the OEM 15" Fit S Wheels on here? The tires have less than 300 miles on them. It is hard to sell on Craigslist.

I was very much into air cooled VWs and opened a repair shop for them when I was 21... Even my 90Lb pregnant wife was able to tear down and reassemble the engines... They were fashionable and all over the place in the early 70s so I stayed busy.

that's awesome! my buddy from a while ago was into air cooled porsche's and was nice enough to let me drive a early 80's(?) carrera around town for a few min. im not familiar with porsche so dont know which year it was but it was the bug-eyed beetle looking one. it was a gorgeous car in pristine condition with factory paint.

The only Porsche I had the pleasure to drive was owned by a young lawyer that had been one of my VW customers that suddenly moved up in the world... I thought he was kidding when he told me he wanted me to drive it since it was a brand new 911S... I hadn't trembled as much since being caught in the open during a mortar barrage in Vietnam... He didn't have it long before he was driving a 4 seat XKE... It was weird how all at once all of the long haired upper middle class hippie wannabes were becoming the me generation.
