have to say with all the bad people say about china these days (including their latest failed bullet train attempt at the expense of many lives) their food is great!
wife took the GE today to meet up with her clients.
going to be swapping my G's rear spacers from 25mm to 20mm either tonight or tomorrow. it looks good but just a hair too aggressive for the 275's it's running right now. if they were 285 or wheel width 10.5" instead of 10" i can wing it but no go for my taste.
hahaha.

while i was pumping gas in the GE the other day i took a closer look at the damage my wife did on the front bumper when she ran into the tire stop.
i found that when she back up to get off the tire stop the wheel well liner came out of alignment... which means tabs may have broken off.
yay... so i need to put the car up on ramps to do the work and inspect. with that said, i think i will postpone the work until i need to do the next oil change which should be coming up in the next few weeks.
lol (becoming more and more efficient... or more the lazy...)
removed the rear 25mm spacers and replaced with 20mm last night on the G.
looks much better. im not into the HELLA FLUSH silly fad.. hahaha.
hope to have my new macbook in my hands either today or tomorrow. will use mainly for photo editing and running music software... and entertainment things.
need to ask my wife to get me a coach computer bag...

so i loaded up the 8GB RAM into the fruit (macbook pro) last night and gave it a go. i like it!
good to be back on a mac.
did some minor picture tweaking on photoshop today during lunch.
going to shoot in raw this weekend and see how well i can fine tune the exposure levels via software without degrading the image data. im excited.
going to wash my G tonight... hoping no more rain for a few days. with the heat last2 wks i want to see how well PrimaHydro (spray sealant) held up.
no GE action today, other than move it out of the way when i wash the G.

Thanks.
Couldn't get around to washing my G last night so washed this early am since I have to take the day off anyway.
being cloudy and all, thought it would be a quick breezy wash. Ended up super humid sauna hot I was sweating like I just ran a mile in the middle of the day.
. Holy crap, another muggy day.

another snap of my garage using my nikon...

i need to get me a stubby table top tripod so that i can start taking low angle shots again of my cars. i dont feel like placing my
DSLR on the ground even if it's on a towel.
hahaha plus i can use 2 sec delay and remove any camera shake.

thanks, mike.
i guess the issue is whether your garage is functional or not. some folks use old stuff but then it's a very functional workshop so that's great. my garage is more of a detailer's booth so while i have tools to do most bolt-ons it's not a workshop to do engine swaps and large projects a real workshop would do.
honestly i dont have the time to get into it that much so my theme is more of a decorative toy room for my cars.

texas- thanks. lol... my garage is pretty cool but it's not really finished by any means. there's still plenty of work to do like wall cabinets, flooring, etc.
i stopped funding this project about 2yrs ago when i decided it's too hot to work in the garage in the summer time and too cold in the winter time which only leaves me with a few months out of the entire year i can use it in a relaxing atmosphere.
i'd rather just buy a new house with hvac controlled garage if i was going to go all out, which im not.
im almost done paying off this house so im just going to enjoy it for a while.
