Few days ago I travel in Arizona while carrying 3 robots, one of them are large size robot,
and our Honda Fit is so flexible, that they all fit in our Honda Fit

 

Got these driving lights on which work with the main beam
Are a nice bit of fun and were a good price price

Installed recently released Pioneer Dash Cam Today
I like this design because it is so small and the way it's installed,
(from outside) it's almost look like it came from the Honda factory.

 

Got my Fit back on the road after 5 weeks of down time due to having needed sending the supercharger for rebuild for an oil leak.

 

Exactly 2 years ago, I replace the original Honda wiper blade with
a. Michelin 8528 Stealth Ultra for the 28in driver side
b. PIAA 96135 Aero Vogue Silicone Wiper Blade for the 14in passenger side

Fast forward to present,
the PIAA still work well, the Michelin one had it's rubber torn...

so I decided to replace the Michelin (driver side) with
PIAA 96170 Aero Vogue Silicone Wiper Blade 28in

It also came with a windshield cleaner/conditioner (containing silicone)














I also bought Power Grid adjustable sway bar end link in preparation if someday the Spoon Sway bar end link broke...
The Spoon Sway bar have an end link that is different in orientation compare to stock Honda Fit end link despite they have the same 13in length.
This Power Grid adjustable sway bar end link make it possible to change orientation on it's end, plus it's engineered well.

Well that was awesome.

Today, I decided to do my overdue oil change (the MM was at -1700).

Drained my oil, only to find out the two 5 gal jugs of oil I had were both partly used up... I had expected one to be like that, not both. One had a bit over 1 quart, the other had about 2 quarts.

Decided to forgo the filter change to keep that little bit of oil in the system. Just barely made it over the low oil indicator on the dipstick.

Fun times.

@ALPINA, you really should replace your tires sooner next time. I understand CA doesn't get much rain, but with how badly the drainage systems in the area cope with water, you were well past the dangerzone on those old tires.

I was actually planning to replace the rear tire since last August when I move back to California from temporary job in Arizona, It was already
almost bald at that time...

I asked TireRack and also ask Michelin directly,
both of them at that time say the new Michelin Pilot Sport 4s tire in 225/40ZR18 sizes should be available in November,...
and November came and both of them then say January...
then January came... and both of them say February...
and luckily (finally) the tire really are available in February...

(at one point I was so worry of my old tire blowing up, I thought of just buying the Michelin Pilot Sport Cup2, but I really don't want a noisy tire for street driving and I don't plan to track my car)...

during those "waiting" months, I was forced to drive very very very slowly in the rain and (moderately ) during dry...

I mean my old tire, the Michelin Pilot Super Sport was very very good,
but it last a long time too... (like 2 years and about 35,000 miles)...
and... I could just buy the Michelin Pilot Super Sport in that size right away at very cheap price too (on sale due to model change and being phase away)
but...
I don't really want to stuck with an "obsolete" tire model for the next 2 years despite how good it was...

Well,... one thing I can say, the new Michelin Pilot Sport 4s is really worth the wait (and all those moderation in speed)

now...... if only both my front tire (which is still the old Michelin Pilot Super Sport) can wear out faster...

 

Between the last 3 days I have replaced the starter, installed a new battery, and scheduled an appointment for both driver/passenger air bag replacement for tomorrow morning again at 9am.

I had this appointment setup a couple days ago and was leaving the house to go to the dealership. Got in the car and no go.

She is up and running just fine now and after the Recall has been completed im installing the new plugs and coils.

 

Installed bracket for Optima Yellow Battery (relocated to trunk)...
wiring not run yet...
will complete everything when I run the RCA and Speaker wire for my audio upgrade project... hopefully next weekend...

I make sure the bracket anchored/bolted as strong as possible to the chassis...

Didn't install anything yet. However I did have a little shopping spree for my 2010 fit sport. Picked up the following: Innovative engine mounts with the 75A bushings, innovative combination gauge (Air fuel/boost), autometer gauge pod and the sprintex supercharger kit.

Hoping to begin the install by next week.

The innovative mounts are awesome. I also have the 75A's. They are a little rough at first but once you break them in and dampen some of the rattles in the hatch and dash you wont even notice (except for how snappy and awesome they make the car feel). You will need a nut to secure the passenger mount (not included with the kit) as the OEM mount bolt screws into the mount itself and the innovative mount is open. Good luck!
