He doesn't even show the front grill and hardly any of the rear bumper. You're talking about the white Fit above??

No sorry, guess I should have quoted it. I was referring to NWCH 's post where he sourced the rear mugen bumper. Back when I had my GE8 I had trouble sourcing literally every piece of the mugen kit.

Time to give the old Fit a new lease on life. Had a broken driver's side motor mount, so I replaced all 3 with a new set from Innovative Mounts.

Out with the old:

And in with the new:

There's a bit more vibration, but it's not terrible. Enough to make me finally take apart the passenger side mirror that has been a bit rattly since new. It ended up being that the outside mirror cover just didn't fit snug, so a strip of fuzzy velcro along the top to tighten things up. Rattle gone.

And finally, I picked up a set of MINT Civic SI seats for $200 and am in the process of getting them in.

Donor parts from the Fit seats:

To be continued...

Finally got these installed after so many years of just sitting. Definitely worth the wait.

After 7 years of abuse on Malaysia roads, finally placed down payment for new custom, adjustable mono shocks and springs from TITAN.
can't wait for it to be installed. at the moment they are still sitting on stock ones.

Following up on my Civic Si seat install. I would NOT recommend this mod. I'm mechanically inclined, but this was an absolute pain in the ass. After days of drilling, grinding, and bolting the feet from my Fit to the Si seats, I got them in and they do fit nicely. But, the airbag light is on. I'm just bummed because I did everything by the books: unhooked the car battery before I started, swapped out the occupant position sensor computer inside the Si passenger seat with the one from my Fit, swapped one of the white airbag plugs from the Fit driver's seat to the SI seat so everything matched up, and reconnected the battery only after everything was installed. Not sure what the problem is, but fuck it, I'm driving without airbags for a while. I'm done with this project.

The Si seat uses a passenger position sensor that uses reference voltages different from the Si. Most people I've seen use the driver seat and leave the passenger seat on.

Got the ducktail installed from JDP today. Took almost 6 weeks to get here from me ordering it, but I like how it turned out. Bolt covers don't sit well within the new wing, but a little double side holds the corners down.

Lowered my car on Swift Springs with Koni Orange. Still seems high to me, but my perceptions may be skewed.

ugly picture, but it shows the height well.

that looks great to me! I’m certain they’ll settle more in the coming days. Btw what wheels are those?

I like it a lot, I’m just used to lower cars so I have to recalibrate my brain to this. It is really nice to easily clear obstacles though.

And thanks!

They’re Advan Kreutzer Xi, 16x7 +38.

As you stated, it is probably because your perception may be skewed (S2000 is practically on the ground compared to the Fit).

The height of the car looks nigh on perfect to me.

Did you photoshop the numbers on your license plate?

For a daily, it really is probably perfect. Thank you!

I did, I try to always photoshop my plate numbers.

Just installed some LED bulbs, too lazy to retrofit projectors. Might do that when I buy base model housings though, I hate the chrome in the 09-11 Sports. Contrasts well with my yellow fogs, which I like. Last pic is for comparison
