Been super busy with work and this whole virus hasn’t helped much. Cars been up and running for a while now, just need the small finishing touches to complete it.

YouTube videos coming soon.

What kind of wheels are those on your STUNNING Fit??? I LOVE them! Also, size/weight/offset/etc. Thanks in advance for your reply!

I installed the Takeda CAI back on the 13th, and I am fairly impressed. Sounds really good at any rpm, and being able to hear the VTEC crossover is pretty damn cool. The butt dyno approves as well, the torque curve feels a little higher and flatter. If anyone is on the fence about buying one of these, go for it. Just make sure to avoid large puddles.

I also spray tinted my GE6 tails with VHT Niteshades, looks pretty good as long as you don't go overboard

(before pic for reference)

Now I just wait for my H&R springs to arrive to cure my crossover stance

Alignment type thing

Did some alignment type stuff. Relatively tedius using the old school ways. Needs more front camber. The fancy bolts didn't change things as much as advertised. I'm going to get a set of factory "crash bolts" as well and do it all over again.

Hey this is unrelated but are those Harbor Freight jack stands? I got the email a few days ago for those being under recall for the jack failing under load.

I received that email, and also a link on either Road & Track or another automotive e-magazine. I have definitely wiggled the car on those jackstands before - glad they did not fail on me at inopportune times.

They came from Walmart. They're a little light but work well enough. This car is no heavyweight. I'll check if there's anything up with them.

There's fuzzy aluminum under my hood. As much as it grates me to look at it, I don't want to invest the time to fix it. Someday I may show shine it.

or you could just swap that out for a Sprintex supercharger or a HKS turbo kit

You read my mind. If I keep the car past 150k, it will be supercharged. If not, it'll be a third gen, two door Mini Cooper S.

I stumbled across a sweet 1990 500 SL and was soooo close to buying it but the owner was being super difficult on the actual transfer so it fell through after 3 WEEKS of deal on deal off and as I’m telling a mechanic about the story the Miata seller pulls into the shop and I sealed the deal

Added the "crash" bolts in conjunction with the camber bolts. Had plenty of adjustability on one side. Not quite enough on the other. Frustrating.

I got tired of replacing my fog lights, so decided to do mesh cover on them, similar to the grille mesh mod that's commonly done. I have replaced 3 headlight since purchasing the car (09 Sport AT) less the 6 months ago (it came with both fog lights broken.) I tried headlight armor, but still cracked anyways (and they wouldn't replace their product for free, but they did cover shipping on their replacement,) so here's my solution. Thinking about doing a write-up, it's a super simple mod and I really like the look. It's important to note, these aren't the OEM fog lights since they were both replaced, the replacement fog lights don't sit flush in the housing unlike the OEM, which allows for this space to place the mesh.

Just bought some Falken Ziex ZE950 A/S 175/65R15 tires to put on my nice summer rims and just received them the other day and will be getting them put on tomorrow! I have 2 sets of rims for my car both 15"s and One are the stock rims and the other are Sport Tuning rims that I bought for the summer when I bought the car Brand new. This will be the first set of tires I have replaced on my car! I chose the Falken tires because they were only 67.99 on Walmart.com and half the price of the original Dunlop's and they have great reviews from other people who have bought them.

I had that exact tire on mine before I went to a 15 inch wheel. Good tire, but I didn't have it long enough to gauge wear. Wet weather performance is reasonable, not great. Pretty quiet tire.
