Ordered the U80A urethane to shore up my mounts. Also, ordered the rigid collars. Also ordered reusable vinyl numbers for race/HPDEs. Trying to get the suspension just a tad tighter before the next event... Does anybody know what the right part number the BuddyClub shifter is for the GK fit? BC08-RSS-H009 is for the 2010-2016 CRZ, BC08-RSS-H007 is for the 09-14 Fit. Cheers!
TIP, dont be dumb like me.... I wasted the entire can on ONE torque rod. you can partially use up the contents, and save the rest. you just need something to mix the stuff in.... like a red plastic cup or something
got my wheels back from powder coat and new tires put on.
Anthricite clear metallic powdercoat on the stock LX steel wheels.
Falken ZE950 tires in a 195/60-15
90's civic center caps
mounted and on the car, its filthy from being outside on jack stands for a week, but its nice to be back in my own car vs borrowing the boss' rig while i was out of commission.
overall, very pleased, much nicer tire than the stock skinny continental, and grippier too.
couldn't make my mind up on an aftermarket wheel, I'm not into the "tuner wheel" look much, so i went with the pseudo factory appearance. still need to get some closed end chrome lug nuts, thought my tire guy would have em, but he doesn't stock closed end in a ball seat lug nut.
Picked up these key skins on Amazon for $10. I really like the bright neon-is look of them. They are very rubbery and not at all rigid. I've seen similar at the dealer, but was buying something and needed to bump up the total for free shipping.

having trouble finding the one with the red alarm button, which one did you snag? I want to go with one that has been confirmed good quality.
Super excited ECF! I ordered the catted pipe to maintain Nevada smog legality. This car is actually becoming... quick? I would definitely not say fast. But at the HPDE weekend before last, the car definitely has some scoot to it if you keep it up in the revs. The tune really helped out, allowing redline up to 7,200, although it was out of power up there, but I was able to push beyond 6750 without hitting the limiter. I was real close to 90mph on all four straights, over 90 on a couple... I think with the Short Ram intake, HPS silent power exhaust, IK22 plugs, RV6 downpipe, and Ktuner Tune 1 tune, I could be pretty close to 150 crank hp. I am close to 30,000 miles, so I'm going to adjust the valves. I haven't popped the valve cover off for anything so far, but it looks (inspection only) like I would need to take off the intake manifold to get the VC off? If so, I'm going to have a peek inside the IM and see if there are any rough castings, or whether I think I can dremel away some material to match the intake to the head and/or throttle body, better, etc. Who knows... I found the IM on sale online for $230ish, and the throttle body for $100ish. I'd like to send both out to myxalpyx's dude who ported his TB, and see what they could do (better than me just guessing).
I love the "thats a good day" at the end. a beer after a job well done!
to get the most out of that sumole, consider a drop in k&n filter? and bonus .... do a resonator delete to further increase the awesome SOUND and smooth out that air flow!

I already did the resonator delete by putting a lubricant cap on it... but left the rubber tube for the sleepers sake😉 and about the k&n drop in.... im pondering it cuz here in Puerto Rico we get like almost 60.00$ screwed for it.... but i might give it a go when going to the dyno....
