I'm not sure what you mean by "rear reflectors." Do you mean the red plastic reflectors? Aren't they required by law?
Yeah the red plastic reflectors that are on the rear of the car... And no idea if they are required by law. All I know is I don’t like how they look and that they don’t even reflect any light. I’ve driven behind other fits at night and no light reflected off of them.

Thanks. I doubt the reflectors are a state inspection requirement. Even if they are, I doubt if many inspectors check them.
Ooooh that looks nice. Let us know how it feels driving with that.
Feels the same to me. But I drive like a snail. Does have a nice throaty growl now when I step on the gas. Sounds funny when I tried it on Sport Mode paddle shifting. Like a vacuum cleaner.

I have the sumole ram air intake thing and coupled with a k&n insert. There's perceived performance at speed, but stop and go driving not much. Intake sound is higher than stock too but I bet yours sounds cooler.
Thanks. Considering the price, I think I'll pass. That's two month's worth of gas for our two Fits.
I had intended to post the question for the original posted, but it didn't work out that way.
Pricey yes, but looks cool! I doubt it'd add to gas mileage as well . I know my intake hasn't made any real difference one way or the other. If you like to hear the intake sound more, you're likely to get lower mpg haha
That's a lot of gas! I'm averaging $55-75 a month and I'm putting 20k approximately a year on mine.

Where noise is concerned, I always prefer less. : )
I drive a little, and my son drives a lot. I do 12k and year, and he does twice that.
Just wait for AFe to run a sale. I initially preodered back in July, but they kept stringing me along. First they said it will come September, then Oct. Dec came still nothing. They wouldn't even offer their slightly cheaper black friday price. So i cancelled the order. NYE came and I saw that it was out of preorder phase and the NYE price was $50+ cheaper than my preorder price. Took two weeks to ship, but its not bad. I wasn't happy with all the other alternatives that fetch almost the same price, and I thought this was the smartest design.
It's interesting that little cutout in the back. I'd be curious to see what the Intake Ambient Temp would be with that design. I wonder coupled with a larger chamber if that's where the added intake noise is too
Brand new member and first-ever Fit (GK5 Sport) owner here! I've been driving a 1995 Civic DX hatchback for almost 15 years, and it was finally time to upgrade to a safer body structure for the family.
Does a wallpaper change to the Display Audio screen count for this thread?!? I had to add KITT!
My first modern car...so of course I had to take it back to the '80s!
Only thing is, I can't get it to show up under my main menu or any other screen besides when I look under the Info menu. Then again, I need to use Waze on the screen when driving anyway!
How do you change the background on the infotainment screen?

Speaking of intake noise, nothing can compare with the sound of dual Holley four-barrels on a 427 cu in engine. There were a lot of them on the road in the late 1960s. I had a 427 Ford.

RYU139, by any chance do you have a device to measure IAT's? Like a ScanGauge2 or something similar? I'm too interested to see
for my weapon r intake, which is fully exposed to engine bay heat .... my IAT's are usually about 10 degrees hotter than outside. IIRC, my sumole ram duct + oem air box had about the same IAT's give or take 1-2 degrees ....
