Car is running and tuned. Its base tuned at 198whp.

I have a update on the power steering for every one. Basically all you need to do is run the Fit ECU and power steering will work.

how was the wiring on the IQ3? is yours just a display no data log? what all extra sensors and cables did you have to get from them in addition. HELPS!

 

how do you connect the fit ecu together ? u have to jump it to the RSX ECU ?

Sorry that's something I dint ask. Remember im not using the RSX ECU, im using a haltech standalone. I hope I can pick the car up soon and ill ask a little more about the ECU

Jcrim. Above is the cable I'm using to run the racepak. The cable is around $400, and the part# is on it above. Hooks up to the 24th pin on the ecu if I'm not mistaken. There is also another cable. I'll have to check.

 

Gotta give ya props MNfit..yur honest guy....

 

So driving the car around yesterday i realized something. the stock Fit mounts are CRAP! I need to get money together and get some stiffer mounts

Hey MNfit, how much have you spent so far on the swap?

 

Alot of money... I dont really want to add it all up but more then $10K. Im going to have to say any one that wants to do the Kswap the Innovative mounts are a must

 

Yeah, I know I've spent 9k just in parts so far. Not all were required for the swap, but I'm going for 500+ on pump gas. I'm guessing I'll be around 15k when it's all said and done.

So how is every ones swaps coming along? Mine was back in the shop on Monday, it stalled and I could not get it started again, I thought I might have broken something. Good news is they said the engine and trans are good so I ding break anything. While its back though I had them order th engine mounts and will have those put in before I drive th car again.

 

Swap is coming along pretty well. Only thing I'm missing now is Longblock, wastegate, bov, and fuel lines. Pte 6262 is on it's way. Just picked up a trans w/ lsd.
